These chairs are absolutely awesome! I own a pet boarding facility and dog hair would get built up in all of the other plastic wheels on a standard office chair and I tried higher and chairs and lower end chairs and no matter the quality because of the wheels I had to replace them every six months. These chairs have held up awesome and the hair does not get built up and wrapped around these wheels.

It essentially comes in five parts: the wheels are already attached and the seat hardware is already attached. both are a pain for other models I have assembled. You attach the back to the seat, the ring and seat to the stem and the stem to the wheels. Boom, you're done. And it is comfortable and good looking. The caster wheels are from in-line skates and almost frictionless.

Got a product with bad wheels, Amazon would do nothing about it. After 3 months the chair is inoperable and missing a wheel. Used only a hand full of times in an office setting. Terrible product.

For the money this chair is a very nicely made item. The first one I bought was shipped ups it came with two big holes in the box and the chair was damaged tear on side of the seat and one wheel damaged. Sent it back and was sent a new chair which shipped with amazon got it and the box and chair were both damaged the seat also had two holes in it I just gave up and kept the damaged chair. Very poorly packaged item I do not recommend for this reason.

Even though this chair came in a box that was packed loosely and haphazardly, there were very few pieces – and all of them were in good shape.The chair was extremely easy to assemble (10 minutes) although it was unclear whether one part (a plastic part that was in the middle of the steel rod that holds the seat) was to be discarded or wrapped around the rod. I wrapped it around the rod as it gave the rod’s tightening bolt a better material to attach to.The chair itself seems well made and is mostly comfortable. It swivels well with no hesitation but is not so loose that you’ll swing around too quickly.I wanted a small desk chair like this because I had a huge desk chair that was entirely too large for the small desk that I have in my Great Room. This smaller chair is much more maneuverable and fits in the small desk like a hand in a glove.The lever under the chair (i.e. the power pump) is very easy to operate and lifts the chair up or down quickly – and believe me, this chair has quite the up/down range – you can go really low or really high – your choice.A real positive is the ability to adjust the back of the chair. I like the back only slightly angled backwards – and it’s very easy to adjust to suit your own comfort level.Speaking of comfort, the only (slight) negative is that the seat padding is a bit hard. However, I suspect that, with time, it will get softer – as I break it in.The footrest is okay. I’m not sure how much I’ll use it. But I guess if you’re going to jack the seat up high, you’ll probably use it to keep your legs from getting achy from just dangling.I’m very happy with this chair – it’s just what I was looking for – small, maneuverable, well- built, and glides easily over my carpet. I may even buy another one for the small desk in my bedroom.

too tall for me. could not reach the floor. tried moving around on it but it did not roll smoothly. got a shorter gas cylinder so I could reach the floor but the wheels still will not roll correctly. One or more of them actually 'sticks' as in won't turn. or sticks in one direction when the others turn causing the chair to be locked in place.

The seat is wide and the chair rolls really easy. Updates six months later. I had to replace the wheels to fit hair salon. The back has a prominent lean to one side not cool. It is still comfortable it just looks bad now with the lean.
