It has so many colors! The color amount is kinda small, but it does include a lot of colors tho. The water brushes are easy to use and can be easier for kids to use as well. The pallet is very durable and is very cute! The colors include metallic colors, macaroon color, neon color and some kinda pearlescent colors. The value for money is really good. It works well and isn't too thick, but if you add less water it'll be thicker. It has a very easy to use water brush, but you will want to purchase other brushes too. The brushes are white, so they stain with first use. They aren't a long term brush, just use them maybe a few times and then you will need other set of normal brushes. I got for a bday present and i loved it! It's great for kids!

Fantastic and diverse set of watercolours. They are very pigmented and cheap considering how good they are. Very impressed!

This is a great product for beginning watercolors. I’ve painted these two so far. I’m happy with this set. The brushes are a bit big if you’re painting small, so consider ordering smaller ones if you paint detail. It comes with a nice card to paint your sample colors. Very nice set.

I recently bought the Grabie Watercolor Paint Set, and I have to say, I'm pretty impressed! As someone who uses watercolor pencils and now just starting to dabble in watercolor paints, I didn't want to spend a fortune on fancy art supplies. This set seemed like a good balance between quality and price, and I'm happy I gave it a shot.First off, the colors are gorgeous and there are 100 of them, which is more than enough for me to experiment with. The pigments are vibrant and mix well together and come in regular, metallic, fluorescent and macaron colors. I was a bit worried they'd be chalky like my last set of paints or, not as bright as I'd hoped, but that wasn't the case at all. They blend nicely and produce smooth, even washes. The packaging is also worth mentioning. The set comes in a sturdy, compact metal case that's easy to carry around. Inside, there is no built-in mixing palette, so bring your own.One thing I appreciated was the inclusion of three fillable water brushes. I had never used a brush you can fill with water before, and it's very convenient, simple to use, and makes painting on the go a breeze. Plus, it's easy to clean, which is always a bonus.Overall, I think the Grabie Watercolor Paint Set is perfect for beginners like me and probably intermediate painters too. It's affordable, has a great range of colors, and comes with some thoughtful extras like the brush, a pencil, sponge and a swatch sheet that make painting more enjoyable. If you're new to watercolors or just looking for a budget-friendly option, I highly recommend giving this set a try!

These little beauties are fabulous, great colours, love the neons and glitter colors and pigment intensity. I bought these to play around at home and use M.Graham and Sennelier in my studio, but these are pleasantly great for my study sketches and would suit any beginner nicely.Love that the swatch card is included and the case is darling and a great travel piece.

Edit: These are great Student Grade paints. Since originally writing this review I've received professional grade watercolors. These paints do dry much lighter with less vibrance. They get the job done for sure but there are paints with better transparency and richer, more vibrant colors/pigments.I started out with watercolor brush markers in early summer and quickly moved to tube watercolors. But those tubes can be allot to carry around! I like to draw and paint while I'm on a break or lunch at work. These paints are not as heavy as my tube paints and very easy to transport.Once activated, these paints are very creamy and blend easily. I've mixed them and the results are very nice, not muddy for most. Many reviews noted the swatch sheet being inaccurate as it does not reflect the correct location of the paints in the palette. It actually does, it was just printed upside down. Here's what ya do:Fold the swatch sheet in half. With folded side facing up and the color names upside down, look at your palette.Viola! Problem solved! This works for the regular color side and the side which contains the metallic, pearlescent, florescent and macroon colors. I hope that helps.I find the color is easily applied to the paper, workable and dries true to color, not chalky.I feel this set was a good value for me and my needs. I love painting, it helps bring a calm serenity to my life, which I need. I prefer watercolors due to their transparency and gradation. I also use Brusho and Color Burst in my works though the bay horse painting (unfinished and barely started, the rough strokes are on purpose as I've only just started this piece and I need to begin to add texture) utilizes only these Grabie watercolors. The paint horse is a finished piece.

I bought this set as a gift for my daughter's birthday - the watercolors are in a compact sized container, so it doesn't take up a lot of room and makes it easy to paint wherever. The water brushes work perfectly, without the need to have a cup of water nearby. She has only done the included swatch sheet so far, but the colors appear well pigmented and we're easy enough to apply to paper.
