I purchased this Tracker to record mileage for reporting purposes for business. The unit was easy to install and configure. However, to my amazement, this system lacks the ability to generate any kind of report or export trip history date that would allow you meet mileage reporting requirements. After contacting Support on the issue (they very responsive), they indicated that such a feature would be forthcoming in future releases (hasn't happen and there is information about when this might happen). Support offered to provide a csv of my trip history but the data set is limited to data and mileage only with no geolocation data available. Such a dataset is almost worthless for reporting/billing needs.Its hard to imagine someone designing such a system without the capacity to generate detailed trip reports or export data. The only way to may this system usable is to record trip by date on paper and then correlate it to the data. Having to contact Support to export your data is a terrible work around.Please upgrade the app to include exporting and include geolocation data in the dataset.Please release a web-based dashboard so devices can be centrally tracked and their data accessed.With those two features it will be a great product/service.

I wanted to ad a a tracker to my car as I have teen drivers. This gives real time updates and you can set boundaries and alarms if they go in or out of your set boundaries. I live the fact that there is no monthly fee or sims card to buy. You have coverage for life. The only thing I don't like is it doesn't show Street names instead it just shows lo gitude and latitudes but you can zoom in or use saltilte view to confirm location.

purchased to track a freight shipment across the country to get a lower insurance rate. (paid for itself before i ever even used it) It took less than 3 minutes to create an account and set this device up for tracking. it is accurate to within a few feet. the fact that it is pay once without subscription is a huge plus for this product.

So I do have to say that this is an early review. I hope I don't have to come back to edit at sometime down the road.So, REALLY easy to get up and get running. Charge to full charge, download app, pair gps with your phone, attach GPS to item you want to track. Monitor freely when you want to check in. GEO fence is available as well.Had my cabin up in mountains broke into 2 times, so i have purchased this tracker to place on some motorized specialty tools that a thief would diffenately want. I can monitor it's movement or hopefully non-movement at any time when I'm not up there. Temp has fluctuated from 5degF up to 60 degF for last 3weeks and my battery is still at 100%. That's pretty darn good. Also, customer service reached out to me asking if everything was working correctly. That's a rare thing nowadays. So far so good, I really would recommend this item. Plus the fact I don't have to pay for another service, completely worth it!

So if you are attempting to purchase one of these there are some things I found out the hard way. *most* of the trackers require a monthly subscription and I hate that right from the start. I don't know if I even like it or use it and you want me to buy the thing AND I still have to pay a monthly fee to use it? So that bites. So I also had a thought, maybe I can just buy one from Verizon and tack it onto my phone bill. Nope, they only have them for fleets as in many cars or vans or whatever. I have one car, just one so verizon was not an option either. Then I found this one and I was by this time very very skeptical for sure. But I paid the lifetime fee plus purchase price and still I saved money over some of the other ones. No it doesn't have every bell and whistle but it does do exactly what I wanted it to do. I can see how fast my car is being driven. I can see if it stops somewhere for a bit. I can watch the route as it was tracked by the GPS and make sure it matches up with what I am being told by the driver. So for me it is just right. I think it would have been really cool to have more of the usual electronics that my phone or whatever else has but is it a deal breaker? Not at all. I don't really feel like keeping up with more crap like I get from my cameras and the fact that it doesn't need to be paid over and over is well worth it. Battery actually lasted 3 weeks with normal use. Anyway I would buy another one when this one dies and we know it will at some point as all batteries die off. I am happy with this purchase I am happy with ease of set up and the shipping was quick.

Compared to other trackers I’ve used, I find this is the best option. The fence feature works great and I receive push notifications the moment I enter/leave it. That being said, the app overall just has a nice look and feel, user-friendly and is fully functional.No subscription. There are many trackers out there with paid subscriptions and you get what you pay for but for this to offer none while still delivering quality service is unbeatable.GPS accuracy. The location accuracy is spot on once the tracker detects movement. I rest assured knowing where my vehicles are, the speed at which they are moving and the traveled path taken is recorded and stored. That’s literally all I need.

Tracker works well, but there is no instructions for changing ping interval and it pings every 10 seconds and won’t even last a week on a charge. Also the app doesn’t have audible alarm for when it leaves a geofence so if it is take at night there is nothing alerting you to it other the a quick pop up message on your phone. Honestly not bad product though if I can get someone to help me change the ping interval so it lasts a little longer on a charge.
