Its a Georgia-Pacific issue, but these towels are about 50% overpriced what the rest of the market costs are for the same style papertowel dispenser. BUYER BEWARE STRAY AWAY IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO BY THE DESPENSER!Good quality, but can get the same or better from lower cost manufactures.

My shipment was delayed and miss delivered because my suite number was OMITTED by seller or shipping department. My suite was listed on my order and verified by FedEx when I called to find out why my package was delayed. Although great price! Glad I finally received my order.Update:1) Missing part: the black inner spool to mount paper towel to GP dispenser.2) Cheaper quality and not absorbent.This is my 7th time purchasing this product and the first time I encountered these problems. I don't know why. I am willing to give them another try and hope this was just a fluke.Update: Thank you for your prompt refund, expeditious handling of my return and delivery of a new purchased product earlier than expected. My 8th order was perfect! No delivery issues, all parts included and the absorbent paper towel we are accustomed to. Glad that I gave you another try and will continue to order. Kudos! Gracias!
