Quality control seems to be pretty lax on this product.....The first screen I received had a nice pink horizontal line in the middle of the screen and had a really weird looking refresh rate. I processed a replacement through Amazon and while the replacement screen doesn't have a pink line through it, it does have about 8-12 white/dead pixels scattered throughout the screen. I've gotten better quality screens elsewhere for much less money. For the cost of this screen I expected higher quality.

If you have a psp with a broken screen, this is a good replacement, and the colors look better than the original screen. Two thumbs up for the seller.

1st screen came in and worked but had a wavy discoloration line through it. Definitely a manufacturing defect. Was promptly replaced by seller and 2nd screen came in perfect condition.

Item arrived defective. The screen itself was wrapped in one layer of plastic, but was not properly secured or protected in the box it was packaged in; it was fairly loose. Half the screen displayed incorrect colors, and there were some dead pixels.

This product never fails me from this company! I had bought this screen before and it arrived in perfect condition but then I broke it later on and so I bought another one and the second also came in perfect condition!
