I bought this after a previous model thermometer/ hygrometer that I purchased from Govee a year ago stopped working. I contacted customer service to try troubleshooting what happened and Lynn from the customer service team immediately tried sending me a brand new replacement, free of charge in its place. When, they realized that that model had been discontinued, they instead refunded me for the broken item and recommended this model as the perfect replacement.I purchased this model immediately. It arrived within 2 days and setting it up in the Govee Home app with my humidifier(also from them) was incredibly simple and user friendly. The device starts working immediately the second you install the included triple A batteries. It pairs to the app with a click of a button, and then pairs to your humidifier with another click.I love that you can see info about the room’s humidity from across the day. This makes it very easy to keep your room exactly how you want it both in terms of temperature and humidity.I use mine in my bedroom. I love that the LCD’s don’t emit any light when the room is dark so that I’m not kept up by any annoying lights.All in all, a great device at an affordable price from a company with excellent customer service.

I must admit, I am very impressed with them. Put one in a safe where it is important to keep track and see humidity and temperature and other on the main floor. We live in Maine where it was minus 8 this morning. Heading south for a month to keep an eye on temperatures. Very accurate and Bluetooth is critical to inform us if temperatures in house get close to freezing. Far better than I expected! Glad I bought them.

I’ve bought these multiple times so I could have one in every room—and even one in the refrigerator! They’re accurate, easy to read, and connect seamlessly to Home Assistant. I ordered one of these for my basement as it was seemingly super humid. Turns out my dehumidifier (which never really had an accurate hygrometer on it) had died and was just running a fan, not actually pulling water out of the air. That was helpful to learn using this device.I also went ahead and calibrated it using the salt in a plastic container technique. The meter noted 75%, as it should after about 12 hours, so that was nice. The Bluetooth connection, however, is a bit difficult to get to work consistently, even when standing right near the device with my phone and/or tablet. It works, but sometimes it says "no new data" despite there being no distance between devices and some time having passed. It eventually works, but might take a few refreshes before it loads the latest. Other times it loads right up. No idea why the difference.That said, I bought a second one for another location. I put both old and new side by side in my basement and the new one was about 3% off after over 12 hours, so I did have to adjust that one. Before I did, I double checked by doing the salt calibration test and the old one was still spot on and the new one was ~3% too low. The good news is, it's an easy fix in the app to adjust it to where it needs to be. Both seem to be working now in their respective locations and seem to give accurate readings (at least for RH--temperature seems pretty accurate too, but I've not really calibrated or tested as I don't really care about that).The form factor is small so it can slip easily where it needs to. The screen is large enough to be read on a glance. Battery life is TBD, but as long as it lasts a few months at least, I'll be happy. In short, it's a cheap and accurate enough device and though it may need some calibration out of the box, it's not difficult to setup. I do wish the Bluetooth was a bit more reliable, but as long as I can read the screen and trust the results, that's the most important part to me. If you're in need of constant remote monitoring, I'd go with a WiFi version instead.

Very useful for monitoring room temperature fluctuations overnight with varying air conditioning settings, especially for kids' room so you know if the setting is comfortable for sleep. with bluetooth and app, you can download the data once in a while to check; no need to monitor in realtime!With 2 AAA batteries, you can use this gadget for as long as it last; not limited by the lifespan of rechargeable built-in battery. and 2 AAAs? - because even number is always better!

Used this on the shaded portion of an outdoor balcony to hell gauge temperature and humidity for more sensitive plants in my collection. Temperature and humidity seem accurate and the app has been working seamlessly without issues. The hygrometer itself is small and fairly slim and easy to slot between pots. It’s a bit lightweight so I would be a bit cautious about wind but if you secure it to the wall it should be fine. No complaints!

Justo lo que estaba buscando. un termómetro que me avisara cuando estuviera muy caliente o frío el cuarto de mi Bendi, y lo genial es que lo puedes configurar para que te mande mensajes cuando estén fuera de los rangos que tu le digas de temperatura y de humedad, bueno de humedad a mi no me funciona siempre anda miando mi Bendi :D
