obsessed with these, it lights up my kitchen on a timer, i put them on top of my kitchen cabinets. I tend to be out late and don't have to worry about walking into my apartment to it completely dark, they automatically come on and turn off depending on the schedule I set it to on my app. It connects via bluetooth through your phone on an app which is free to download. The strip is white and has a wide variety of colors and modes to choose from. The adhesive seems to stick on a rough texture, so thats good. Good value for money and very trustworthy. I ended up leaving for a month and forgot to unplug them and my apartment was still there, so good news!

Very happy, 100ft, outlined the basements ceiling trim. Our trim here is from 1978 it's rough cut painted black and i know my son never cleaned the trim before they went up. As you can see the cobs in the one picture. These led strips are very light weight and will stick to anything. Takes a little bit to get the thin backing to start pulling to expose the glue, but patience will be needed there. Colors are good, couple colors are not exact but I dnt make that an issue. The leds are on a thin strip that is white. No protective coating. You can't get it wet. I like the lights and have no complaints unlike the set we bought from Walmart that was heavy and fell in 3 day. Item here is price right.

It’s just as other LED strips. Does not have my special feature like the other upgraded models. Music mode has very basic feature while the other govee models has upgraded music feature with lots of options. Expensive for this limited features.

I was disappointed after my partner did all the work to line our room with them only to see that they're not very bright. They add ambiance for sure, but if you're getting them as an actual room light I would get something else. I've had other LED strips in the past and compared to those, this strip has far fewer LEDs (which may be why they're so dim even at 100% brightness). My partner mentioned the sticky backing being a little annoying, but otherwise the application was alright. The app is nice and have lots of settings. These are obviously a nice product, but just not bright enough for what I need.

I bought these on black Friday sale so they were very inexpensive. They arrived when they were supposed to and I was shocked at how nice they are when I opened the box. 100 feet is a lot of but I put them on the wooden ceiling beams in my shed/Hot tub room, it's an 8'x12' shed and there was just enough to cover the whole ceiling going up and down ever beam both sides, they look fantastic. I love the function of being connected to my phone or you can use the manual switch that came with it. Many different choices on of ways to light up the room. I am still learning about them as I go along but would buy them again and recommend others to buy them as well. Even the normal price doesn't seem bad for what they are and do. The picture I took didn't come out very good but I sent anyway so you can kinda see them.

The lights are good and works well, only downside is the Bluetooth connection, which should have been replaced by a wifi one but that's okay. Music sync feature works great.

Okay, story time: (synopsis at end)I am renovating a shed that has a loft. There was termite damage so the pull down ladder is no more. I use a broken ladder that is hard to open and it’s hard to balance on.I wanted a light that I could access from the bottom to see in the upper storage section and also hang clothes up there and be able to see them. I also have a door that swings the wrong direction and so I have to step inside and trip over things to get to the light switch on the other side. I wanted to find a light that would help me see that I could access from the door as soon as I open it.This met both of my needs AND MORE.I can turn on the lights as I’m walking through the yard, they stretched across the ceiling and I was able to apply them so I can see the hanging/closet area and where I will store tool and other items.They can link with music, you can use the app to control the brightness, play nature sounds through the app and have a light show (such as lightning) and you can customize your favorite colors and choose how warm or cool you want the white lights to be. It’s great for nights when my anxiety is bad and I don’t want to be in the dark for hours.I absolutely love them, they work perfectly for me, I did hang them a little crooked but it’s hard navigating a loft area with boxes and tools all spread out. The cord was long enough as well to where I could stick it low enough to control manually and still plug it in from the top. I was careful not to bend or cut them or touch them to any metal (like the nails along my ceiling or holding down the plywood on the loft “floor”. Also, there is a portion where a bit is hanging (nothing I could do about that as this is an odd build) but I left the paper on the parts that aren’t stuck to the ceiling or loft siding.My advice is to just be careful and read the instructions and reviews, but they do as they say and are great- thanks Govee!TLDR (Too long didn’t read):Work great for a loft in a back shed, can turn on from the yard and walk in to light and see storage area. Length is great, lots of coverage, variety of colors and adheres well. 10/10 recommend.
