I have a DR Neuton CE6 electric mower that runs off a battery pack that includes three 12V batteries connected in series. Sometimes these batteries do not fully charge with the Neuton charger, but will fully charge when connected to a 12V car battery charger. To get the batteries to fully charge with the 12V battery charger, I connect them in parallel with these alligator clip leads, which are rugged and work great for this. After each battery is fully charged, I connect them in series and put them back in the battery pack.

I would buy again if I needed them. The alligator clips on the end are sturdy and wire connected to them is a good connection. I used them as jumper wires for testing in the last automotive wire job and they come in handy. I also like how the wire is very flexible and it don’t kink and makes storing them easy too.

I have had many jumpers over the years. But these are by far the best for the price.

I should've bought these years ago, so easy to reconfigure electronics projects with the alligator clamps, and they're chunky enough to be usable for a couple amps, not just little electronics projects.

Insulation is flexible and seems decent. See pics with this review .... The critical electrical connection of the wire to the clip is spot welded. The weld is OK, but could be improved - there are stray bits of strands that aren't captured by the weld. The cable strain relief relies on friction fit, it is not crimped, so its durability/strength could be in question, but it does stand up to a firm pull test (maybe 3-4 lbs of pull) without breaking loose. The clips are decent gauge metal and strong with aggressive teeth. The spring is very strong - this is both good and bad. Good in that connecting to beefy conductors will be quite solid, but connecting to fragile connections could crush/deform what you are trying to connect to. I wouldn't use these for connecting to very thin wires. The 3.3' length measured 0.019 ohms. I'd estimate these are using ~16 gauge stranded wire ... so at 15 amps, the wire would be dissipating 4 watts. Overall a decent addition to my rag tag collection of 40+ year old collection of clips.

These test leads are very flexible and the design of the alligator clip makes it easy to operate. Due to arthritis, the cheaper brands of alligator clips are difficult and slippery to open. But these are well designed and easy to hold. No slipping from your hands. I plan to purchase more of them.

I've been using the same bunch of Radio Shack alligator clip leads for the last 25 years. They're fine but the wires are super thin and they're all kinda short. I bought a pair of lead by another brand last year and while I really like them I got five of these for the same price. These leads are very nice with a highly flexible jacket and very nice clips. Speaking of the clips, I like that these are a bit narrowed at the tip which allows them to fit more places (the other leads I mention are completely squared off and that's been a problem in some cases). I have no way of knowing the wire gauge but I was just using them on a project that was pushing a bit more than 10 amps and there was no heating or measurable voltage drop. Good leads for a good price. Can't complain!
