The Gotoh 'Stop' Tailpiece is the familiar zinc die-cast bar tailpiece for solidbody guitars, with height-adjustable metric (M8 x 1.25) threaded mounting studs and knurled bushings.
Details:
- Mounting studs are spaced 3-1/4" (82.55mm) center-to-center.
- Position the studs 1-1/2" (38.10mm) behind the center of the bass side bridge mounting post.
- Use an 11mm drill bit to install the bushings.
- Strings can be installed from the front or rear.
- Nickel-plated.

This fit right onto my cheap epiphone les paul studio from 2005 or so ($150 guitar). The old one rusted out so I ordered this one and it seems to be a great product. The tolerances are a lot tighter so I feel more string vibration is being transfered to the guitar. Make sure to measure your string spacing, thread diameter, and threads per inch to make sure it will fit your guitar.
