Exactly what I needed - firm support for a twin bed, not too heavy to maneuver, no smell, very reasonable cost for a mattress. I topped this with an egg-crate foam 2" topper, adding enough comfort for me (small, 95 lbs) on top of the firm, solid feel of the 6" foam mattress. Great buy!

Nice firm but soft foam , it has worked out perfectly for everything I needed it for. You can get the height and the width that you need.I have ordered this foam three times and I am very happy with it.

I'm used to memory foam beds claiming to be firm, and then they aren't. This conventional foam mattress is actually firm. Enough that I actually have to get a topper for it to be comfortable for me. So if you're looking for something to use in a camper or van, like me, this is it, get it, and a soft 1-2" topper and you'll be golden.

I ordered this to put under the mattress of the the love seat sofa bed I have. It sure does help a lot! I have to store it when love seat sofa bed is not in use, but thats ok....I makes the bed much more comfortable.

Perfect for using on my twin bed frame as a mattress! And much cheaper too. Perfect size, very supportive but enough cushion for comfortable sleep. Will definitely buy again!

So we've had our couch for almost 30 years - love it. Have had to replace the cushions once in the lifetime. Originally had it made with all down cushions (bad idea) which lasted about 15 years - great quality but soooo soft (too soft) and when it wore out the feathers were always popping out. When we had them replaced, we had them made with a foam insert with down covering so we had the best of both worlds. Great idea until it started to wear out 15 years later and feathers were popping out and the entire cushion was sagging. So this time I wanted something much less expensive (new custom cushions are pricey), quick and more firm that wouldn't wear out as awkwardly and unevenly. I saw this, read the reviews and decided to go with the most firm cushion/padding after measuring carefully (several times). Ok, this is definitely firm. If you are just using it as a "bed" then it might not be as firm as you want, but if you are using it for a couch or chair cushion, once you cut it to shape and you put it inside the couch covers/pillow covers it firms up really quickly because it is compressed. Now, I don't mind it, but if I were to buy it again, I would go for a more medium firmness because of the compression. Is it comfortable? Yes. But I would have liked it a tad softer - my bad. I'm hoping this means it lasts a long time and with normal wear and tear it will soften up a bit. Also, cutting it isn't easy. A serrated knife doesn't work as it leaves you with terrible edges which will show through your pillow covers and once it's cut - there is no trimming - it's a done deal. A straight knife doesn't work well because there really is no control and once it's cut - it's cut. So, be SUPER careful when cutting it. Cut up and down and really be sure you aren't cutting at an angle which is easy to do with a 6" foam. If you have curved edges to your pillow covers, this will be a challenge. It isn't a perfect solution, but for $70 vs. $700+ to replace my cushions, I'll take it. It's a great quality for sleeping or furniture cushion replacements and delivers on expectations.
