Be prepared to put together! It came in several boxes with what felt like a million parts! But once together it is lovely. It looks very nice but I worry about the tabletop getting scratched up over time. The seats are comfortable but if you sit too long they lose a little bit of comfort. I wish the cushions were a little thicker. I also wish they had put a Velcro strap on the backs of the chairs to prevent the cushion from moving or falling over.

It's a sturdy heavy set, you will need two people to assemble & carry. Advice don't tighten all the screws at once, assemble and once assembled tighten all the screws especially on the chairs. Customer service was quick to respond and provide assistance with missing screws. Would recommend, its a great looking set.

My adult kids put this together. It took about 3 hours. I unpacked, which was no smal task. very well packaged. Holes lined up perfectly. Lots of fasteners and parts to install but good instructions. Letters on each package of hardware, only one not but we figured it out. Cushions could be thicker, but better than really thin ones.

This table and chairs arrived on time. All parts were present. I am a 67 year old woman and I was able to put everything together by myself. I just needed someone to help me turn the table over once built. Do yourself a favor, though. Make sure you have a socket set that also includes bits shaped like allen wrenches. This makes it so much easier than using the cheap little wrenches and allen wrenches they provide.This set is very sturdy and heavy. The chairs are very comfortable. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because there is a design flaw in the back cushions. The velcro straps that hold them in place are near the bottom instead of being near the top, which would keep them from flopping over. You can't simply flip the cushions over because then the zipper would be at the top, showing. I also thought the top of the table would have a wood grain look. Instead, it's smooth. I worry that it will get scratched up pretty easily. Time will tell.
