I give this 5 stars for the use we get out of it. It's my second one and we only use as sandwich press. This is not something I would use for grilling. The first one we had for almost 4 years and decided to replace for a clean start but still worked great. I scrubbed and clean with soapy water and let air dry.

I am so pleased with this thing. Have used it many times now, easy and straight forward. No more flipping grill cheese! It's fast, easy to clean.. just wipe it down, does not stick at all, healthier without oil/butter and non-toxic material. Couldn't ask for better, I absolutely love it!

I bought this grill because it was the only indoor grill that I could find that was PTFE and PTOA free. I've used indoor grills for 15 years now. This is the best non-stick so far. I love this grill. My food just lifts right off. I really only cook lean meat so the fact that it's not as angled as past indoor grills means my meat retains more of the moisture and is not nearly as dry. I've also cooked plantains on this. They retained more flavor than ever. It also cooks food faster than any grill I've had before. My only complaint is that it doesn't come in a larger size. But, I'm very happy with this grill and highly recommend it.

With prices going up&up, I decided to start making many of my meals at home. This grill made preparing meals easy, and clean up is a breeze. Very pleased with my purchase.

I bought this grill after searching quite a bit, because even though frying pans have now largely gotten rid of the bad stuff in the coating (PFOA, PTFE, lead, cadmium), grills have not - and this was one that fit the bill because this company's entire line of cookware boasts of a non-toxic coating free of the bad stuff.The grill is very well constructed, sturdy, looks and feels expensive. However, the plate of the grill curves and extends all the way down to the handle (why?) - touch it to hold down the lid and your finger gets burned (first use, I did that, and rushed to the fridge). But there's more - the non-conductive (plastic?) cover of the grill also gets fairly hot. I was concerned about it being too hot to move around/touch even 10 mins after I had unplugged it.Guess I have to learn new rules for the grill for the sake of not ingesting PFOAs and other carcinogens.

I don't know how to work a real BBQ so I rely on this style when I need to get a job done. I had a basic Foreman that I got on super sale at Aldi, but it broke after an unfortunate nose dive off my counter. Anyway, I purchased this as the replacement since it was the best price and I have some pans from them that I love. It works almost as well as the OG. It heats up faster, and cooks in about the same time. It is much easier to clean than the old one because nothing -even really burnt cheese- has stuck to it. The only downside is that the food tends to slide down as it cooks. I recommend cooking a little less at one time than you would with a foreman, and watch it for sliding- especially with sausages.

NEVER A NON-STICK, JOKE! At best this non-stick work worst than my 6 year old (peeling) Gorge Foreman. FACT!I even followed there directions and oiled the grill (new). I called the Manufacturer about any warranty? BIG JOKE! You pay shipping they will send you a other one. WHY I learned my lesson the first time. I can't use this any more because the food STICKS so bad to the top plate and BURNS IT While the bottom barley cooks it.GOTHAM STEEL MADE A REAL PIECE AT OUR EXPENSE..... Will I try a new Gotham Steel Product? I think you can figure that out. As I believe this Company will go under soon if this is there products quality.DO YOU WANT TO BUY A Gotham Steel PRODUCT THINK TWICE AND THEN DON'T.........

This grill is a nice, compact little machine, that cooks well. My biggest issue is that the lid does not unhinge and therefore it is difficult to properly cook thick steaks (I am still working out the proper timing for this). Otherwise, it is definitely easy to clean and works well.

Es pequeña, como para cocinar carne, pero lo utilizo como sandwichera y para calentar alimentos previamente elaborados y quedan perfectos, no se adihere, fácil limpiar le caben dos sawiches pan de molde perfectamente, calienta rapido, de buen material incluye bandeja de escurrimiento, llega super rápido y todo en orden
