I am very happy with my waffle maker,I’m using a different recipe (not waffle) and using it very often(once a week).The waffle maker is sturdy, rugged and good quality, I like the the fact that I can set my own temperature. I tried other brands and returned them because it wasn’t was what I wanted.I strongly recommend this product. 😀😀😀

The item came used, dented, rusted, scratched and I had to pull tons of liner off for it to show the chrome look. I believe they stuck brand new plates on a used unit.I gave 3 stars because they did offer me two options of either returning it for a full refund or let me keep it and give me half my money back. Since it worked great, I kept it.It makes awesome cones!

Used for first time no Directions on how to use , for settings amount of time just not real happy with it.I will keep trying.
