Bought this over winter, just went to open and install it recently and it was missing many parts. Had to go to pics hardware store to get replacement pieces. Very disappointed.

Works great and provides stability for swing. I like that it is adjustable. Instructions are not included so it is a little difficult to assemble. It helps to look at a picture of item while assembling. The shipper did not take great care in packaging. The box was old and damaged and I feared parts may be missing. I was lucky.
