Imagine my surprise when I plugged this GPS speedometer in and it simply worked. No switches to set, nothing to configure - it just worked! The enclosed cable was easy to route as needed to minimize clutter around the dash and steering column, and connection was secure. Comparing this to a GPS speed app on my phone showed it to be identical in readout with a surprisingly fast refresh time. I wish there were a dial on it to allow fading the display brightness a little bit at night, but overall this really isn't even enough of an issue to subtract a star from the review. This is a must have if your OEM speedometer is broken or inaccurate (as mine is due to large truck tires).
