Fast delivery. Box was not damaged but 2 corners of the front cover are bent so I will assume it was like that before it was packaged. Should be able to fix that will little effort. Front cover was on upside down for my unit but that was an easy fix. I will be installing it later today. Hopefully all goes well.

In bought this product and unfortunately did not fit. After paying 422.47 I had to pay 80 dollars to return it and was charged a 196 dollar restocking fee. Saved your money and buy at your local HVAC store. This companies products are not worth it. They will also charge the same price for damage goods.

The part arrived and performed perfectly. The only criticism I have is the time it took to arrive--11 days. This of course was on FEDEX not the seller. My suggestion is the seller offer expedited shipping. I needed this to repair a furnace and it is winter time, so time was important.

This arrived with a large dent in the corner. I was able to bend it back in place to an acceptable degree to be able to install it. The real issue is that it makes a lot of noise in use. While the furnace is heating up you hear some fairly loud clicking noises but after the flames shut off (and the fan is still running) the heat exchanger makes some very loud popping noises for several seconds while it is cooling down. I think the quality of the welds are kind of cheap.UPDATE: I raised my rating from 1 to 3 stars. I think I was a bit hasty with my initial eval. I've had it a couple of years now and noticed the noise it made the first year has toned way down considerably.Also, my tip to reduce the burn-in time was to use a propane torch on the outside for a few minutes until the smoke goes away. (But be careful not to get too close to the gasket on the front edge which burns easily).

Exact fit. A lot cheaper than a new furnace. Took about an hour to install it.

This has a coat of protecting oil that has a 30 - 60 minute burn off time. You must open the windows to ventalate properly.

as good quality as original. But really, Goodman is not the highest quality furnaces. Easy do-it-yourself repair if you have some basic hvac skills and knowledge.
