These used to be better made. I cant tell they're using more plastic than the original I bought years ago. Fear this will break more quickly but for now, it works and can pass by TSA since it doesn't have a knife.

Imo, this is the best wine opener ever. Use the edge tip as a foil remover, will stay sharp for many years. I had same opener since 2015 and it finally broke after opening appx 1000 bottles with my man. Simple to use

I had another one of your corkscrews that I just loved and it finally broke last week. I am very happy with this one as well. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and my right hand is getting worse!

This product is acceptable, I own one, easy to operate. The problem I have is the seller states FREE RETURNS. I needed to return one I bought as a gift because my daughter already bought one. The seller was charging me $3.81 deducted from my return amount, for the USPS fee. This to me is not a FREE RETURN! That is false advertising.

The bad; Bought this last month and my wife who has rheumatoid arthritis, had a wing snap off in her hand while opening a bottle.Great news. The company stood right behind the product and replaced it without question.

I loved my previous Good Cook Touch WInged Corkscrew -- it looked like the one in the picture here and I used it successfully for years. When an oddly shaped bottle top finally defeated it I immediately ordered the new one (same brand, same look) from Amazon. The one that arrived on time and in good condition had been fancied up a bit from the previous one. After two uses, a bit that looks like a washer and keeps the metal screwy thing firm, fell out of the tube. I managed to wedge it back in, but I can tell it isn't going to last. I still like the way it works (never fails to do its job) but I wish they hadn't changed it --the old one was a reliable workhorse that never fell apart.

No more struggling to open a bottle. It worked so easily I was sure it wasn't gripping the cork -- it was. No muscle needed. How long will it last since it's plastic, who knows. But it seems fairly sturdy and very easy to use.Oh yes it did work easily - but it only lasted exactly 12 months and broke!
