The only thing I'd have to take points for are the clips. The adhesive on the back of the metal clips isn't strong enough. It doesn't matter how much you prep the surface or how long you let the adhesive cure. It's simply a matter of surface area. I also believe the high gloss paint that covers the board (looks amazing) is not suitable for any adhesive. Perhaps a better design would be a "screw" type connection just like the hooks for the medals. If you opt for the plastic bib holders (sold separately but totally worth it) then that only adds to the weight that the clips have to hold. When you see the clips in person you quickly note how the "stickiness" of the adhesive is about on par with office tape. Let your finger accidentally touch it more than twice all the "stickiness" is gone. To "work around" the issue I applied a small amount of glue to the backside of the clips. I put it right over the existing foam backed adhesive and it's now rock solid. I used wood glue because I had it lying around. Hated to have to glue such a nice and expensive display but clipped bibs are a key part of this design.If this company ever decided to sell a "bundle" that included the plastic bib holders then they could simple include additions hooks that could then be hand screwed into the board's pre drilled holes just like they have it for the medals. The plastic bib holders are of high quality and embossed with their running logo on the top border

I couldn't tell from the photo that it had a glossy finish! It is actually quite nice to look at. Pricey for what it is, but much better than just pinning my bibs and medals to the wall as I had been doing. All the hanger pins had to be screwed in individually, and the clips to hold your bibs are TINY, with little sticky pads on the back to glue it onto the board. Wish it came with hardware to hang it on the wall, instead of just slots on the back.
