Six out of ten of these blanks blew up during drilling or milling. I have turned hundreds of pens, and prior to this, 15-20 from Goncalo Alves from other suppliers. Something was up with these.

This is a really good wood to turn I made my dad a pen out of the tiger wood. It is beautiful.

These are nice blanks. I have not turned them yet, but have drilled the holes in one blank. Size is just right for pens.

great wood blanks. They turned out good and didn't crack after drying. I make pens for car sales customers and they loved this wood. I had one bad part of the wood come in. Customer support didn't reply.
