I bought this couple years ago. Still performs like the first time I used it. No issues with connections. Has minor cosmetic wear now but item was received in perfect condition. Once fastened correctly you have nothing to worry about. It’s sleek design and sturdiness were standouts for me.

I haven't had any problems with this device. It is a bit difficult to get the hang at first, but once you know it works it goes very smoothly. I would recommend it for sure

This is a huge upgrade from the sync cord and optical slave method from my past. I have a number of "dumb" lights from my film days. Photogenic monolights. For those these remotes are great. Pickup something to hold them because having the receivers just hanging from cords is not good.I found two issues that caused me more than a little grief. The first is that the test button on the receiver fires all groups, even those that are "off". This means that it is a bit of a pain to get things metered. I fixed this by not turning on lights until I was ready to meter them. The second issue messed with me big time. When I had groups B and C off those were still flashing when I pressed the shutter, but no light was showing in the image. Finally debugged it. Those channels were off, they were firing but way late. Once I turned those channels on my manual photogenics fired just like they were suppose to.I'll be buying a couple of more of the receivers for another dumb monolight and a iTTL speedlight.Love this thing.

I needed a transceiver set that had high speed sync. I had been using pocket wizard set which are very expensive and I learned after buying that they don’t have HSS and there is very little literature out there, so troubleshooting was really difficult . So I decided to try these since one of my flashes is the same brand. Honestly I love them. There are so many tutorials and how-tos online, so even when I was having a small set up hiccup, I was able to figure it out pretty quickly. Highly recommend, not just as a budget system, but as a genuinely good system regardless of price.

A big upgrade from the old cheapo flash trigger and transmitter I was using. As a photographer who has his whole studio in a bag, these items have proven to be one of the best upgrades to my equipment yet. They are reliable, consistent, and very easy to change the batteries on. They are also very easy to use and work well with the various setups I have used them for. I am so glad I purchased these items.

I’m so happy with these triggers . Work exactly how I was expected. Very easy to set up and use . Pretty much plug and play . The Quilty of the product is perfection. Feels nice and durable in the hand . I even had one of my soft box get blown over during a photo shoot and it slammed down hard on the ground trigger first . The battery compartment flew open and batteries popped out . But nothing broke . Very sturdy quilty product .

Not sure why the user who reviewed this item on 10/20/19 had issues using his Canon 580EX. I connected up the transmitter and flash trigger, set them according to the instruction manual, and my 15 year old 580EX's worked just fine. Have to hand it to Canon, my two 580EX's work just like new. I purchased them when I bought my Canon 20D. I did upgrade a few years ago to the 80D. Nice upgrade for sure. Two recommendations to XPro. Print a larger user guide (I can hardly read the one included), and supply cases for the triggers and transmitter. (one star off the rating). I need something to store them in, so I will be searching for some sort of soft case or cases.Anyway, sure beats the line of sight ST-E2 Canon remote transmitter. (I have one case now, the Xpro Tranmitter fits into the ST-E2 case)Looking forward to experimenting with the high speed sync.

Using the XPro and two X1Rs to do some various food and arranged photography since my original Pocket Wizards were oftentimes missing the sync, location depending. So far, the Godox triggers have worked flawlessly and while the set up does take a couple more button presses, once you learn where everything is in the main menu, the system is identical to using other transmitter systems. Very easy and relatively intuitive to use. Plastic shell, basic instructions, the trigger or transmitter itself and that's it. No accessories to speak of but hey, if it works! Will have to update this review if I ever run into issues using it more consistently over time.
