Great price. Came quickly. Product works well; nice not to bother with a polishing compound. (If working with a large and very tarnished item may need an additional method.)

I always bought the Birks brand but they stop selling it. Same thing and not disappointed in it

Les linges nettoient bien. J'aurais aimé que ça laisse les bijoux plus éclatants.

Easy to use, great for polishing jewelry. Will remove tarnish and leave a mirror shine unlike other products I recently purchased. Once you start using the cloth do not reuse the dirty areas-only use the clean sections. You defeat the purpose of polishing if you do. Will not leave a haze or scratch delight silver. Highly recommended

These cloths are great for touching up lightly tarnished silver but if it is heavily tarnished you'll spend a long time and elbow grease getting them clean. Instead use the French method to clean your silver. Referring to the pictures I posted, start with boiling a kettle of water and line a pan with aluminum foil. Sprinkle a layer of baking soda on the bottom of the foil and arrange the tarnished sliver in a single layer trying to keep separation between the pieces. Sprinkle a good amount of baking soda over top of the silver (pic 1). When the water is boiling pour it over the silverware making sure the pieces are submerged (pic 2). The baking soda will react with the hot water, foam and fizz, and cause an electrolytic action that will move the tarnish onto the aluminum foil which takes about 15-20 minutes. Once the water has stopped fizzing remove the pieces and rinse with warm water. Give a light polish with a damp microfiber cloth (pic 3). Take the Goddard's cloth and finish the polish to a shine (pics 4&5). These pieces were tarnished almost black but I was able to get them to a high shine with this method and using the polishing cloth at the end will help retard tarnish in the future. These cloths are better then the old Ritz cloths I used to get at Publix and will last a long time even when they look dirty. They also polish my antique chrome appliances and copper cookware to a nice shine.

Makes keeping silver nice so easy. Just use it regularly and your silver will never develop a heavy tarnish. I used it on all my mom's sterling silver flatware, except the forks; I use a dip for the forks because it's hard to get to all surfaces of the tines. I love all Goddard's propducts.

I'm a jeweler, so I like to have a polishing cloth handy for quick touch ups when I refresh my displays at galleries and the like. This is by far my FAVORITE! There's no gunk to clean off like on a sunshine cloth, this cloth doesn't polish so much as clean the tarnish off..it makes things a tiny bit shinier (like when I use it on a matte finish) but it's more about removing tarnish and protecting from tarnish..it's not going to remove any scratches... There is a chemical (they say it's non-toxic) in it that also helps keep tarnish at bay afterwards too. It smells like crayons...but doesn't leave a smell on your piece. I've used it on ear wires and haven't had a problem with reactions or anything too. It's great on Argentium silver, but also does wonders on sterling and gold. A friend used it on some gold plated things that were very tarnished from being in a display for a while, and they came clean very quickly compared to the cloths she was using (probably sunshine?). It's very easy to use since you don't need to clean things again after using it, and it works quickly without too much pressure. If you need to actually polish something, it would be better to use something with more abrasives in it than this. I like this because of its lack of abrasives. I still don't use it on pearls or opals (avoid these when rubbing the metal surrounding them). Don't wash it, even if it's totally black (it'll take a while to get there!).I wish they had little packages of these I could send to customers when they buy things, like a 2x3" piece or something.

First of all, I bought this cloth to have a little extra shine on my nice flute, and to polish my old one. This did an amazing job, making it very clean and shiny- and getting off some areas that had started to tarnish. The cloth is bigger than I expected it to be, but it isn't huge. I tried to put up a comparison using a bath and body works hand sanitizer, lol! I haven't tried the cloth on my older flute yet, but when I do I will upload before/after pictures if I can.But tonight, I decided to use it on my necklace that had a pretty bad tarnish on it. It went through swimming pools and showers and eventually lost its shine. But after using Goddard's polishing cloth for five minutes on the charms (yes, I timed it, lol!), they were back to their old, shiny selves! There is one downside though, but it is normal for polishing cloths to do this so I didn't take off a star. It gets pretty dirty when polishing, but you can't wash it because the polish that is on it will come off! However, I still have a lot of clean areas left, so I should be good for a little longer.

I still had to use the actual polish but this cloth made it shiny after I cleaned it!
