So much better than using a fork. A fun kitchen gadget that is simple to use and doesn’t require a lot of space to store. Make sure you use plenty of flour on your gnocchi dough before rolling, because it’s fairly difficult to clean if the dough gets stuck in the grooves. Really easy to to make very professional looking gnocchi that looks and tastes great. Easy to assemble and take apart. Well made.

I love this gnocchi maker because it's just so easy!Gnocchi was already the easiest "pasta" and this really takes it to a new level.You can, truly, roll gnocchi with one hand! I found that the angle made it much easier on me than my old flat one was.The wood is nice, cleans easily, and seems like it will last a long time. I'm happy!

Gnocchi is my favorite type of pasta, but I’ve never made homemade gnocchi before. This gnocchi board is absolutely my favorite investment! It’s super easy to set up, and looks and feels high quality. It’s super durable, honestly not that hard to clean out the ridges. It’s not difficult to use, so even a beginner like me figured out how to roll the gnocchi easily. This is an effortless tool that’s affordable and a must have for homemade gnocchi!

I really like the stand on this versus a traditional board. My coordination to roll gnocchi one handed is difficult sometimes so the stand makes a difference. The only thing I don't like is this board does not come with anything to clean it. The instructions say not to wash with soap and water and to use a brush but there wasn't a brush included in the set.

LIKES: simple to use, nice design (one-handed), allowed me roll the pasta with my one hand while picking up the fresh pieces with my other hand. DISLIKES: none to report. HOW USING: My wife and I just made gnocchi alla bava last night using smoked Gouda cheese and it was a real treat to have the gnocchi sitting in my bowl looking like I bought it from the store but tasting absolutely wonderful because I made it at home. RECOMMENDATION: This is a very simple tool that is easy to use but creates a great looking gnocchi. It is easy to clean and store. The product comes with easy to understand care instructions and use instructions. If you have made gnocchi with a fork in the past you really need to enjoy the experience of using this board.

I have another gnocchi tool but ordered this one because I like the angle of the board. This gnocchi board is very solid, and the angle is great, and it easily collapses flat for storage. I'm accustomed to making traditional gnocchi with fewer and wider grooves. The pasta this board makes is more like cavatelli, not gnocchi. (I already have a cavatelli maker).It would have been nice if there was a bit more information for beginners such as a basic gnocchi recipe, and little more detail on how to use the board. I will use my banneton cleaning brush to clean this board.
