I really like the pockets and options on this bag. It is a good size and my Juki serger fits in perfectly. I do wish the bottom was a bit more "solid" but I'm going to have my husband cut me a 1/4" plywood bottom and we will use the provided bottom as a template. That will make it perfect for my purposes. It is well made and I am so please with the design and aesthetics. Recommended.

The case is designed to fit most standard size overlock machines, with dimensions of 13.7" x 13.3" x 14.5". There is also room for accessories and for phones, manuals, iPad and other items. It comes with a carrying strap that she keeps neatly tucked inside the case while it sits on the shelf beside her sewing machine.I don't know much about all her machines, but as a musician, I do know quality when it comes to cases and protecting machines. This case seems to be very well designed and well-constructed. It also comes in several patterns. She chose the grey because it goes well with the colors in her sewing area of the craft room.Based on function, style, ease of use and affordability, I think this product is a winner and she seems very happy with it, so I highly recommend it! Would also make a nice gift for someone with a Serger, but no case!

This GMAK serger case has solved a truly knotty storage problem I have had with my Brother serger. I didn't realize when I bought the serger that it would not be pretty much self contained the way a sewing machine is, and if you have a serger you know how many oddly shaped bits and bobs of attachments and accessories and threads and spindles and threading tools and on and on are part of the operation. My serger has been sharing a table with my sewing machine with all these bits of associated paraphernalia contained as well as possible around it, but the serger has been very much in the way when I am using my sewing machine. I just do not have the enclosed storage for the serger and all its parts. I also wanted the serger to be handy and more or less intact with all its STUFF whenever I want to use it, so I resisted moving it off the sewing machine table. This GMAK serger case has solved all of these issues for me. I can keep together the serger and everything associated with it, as well as pieces and parts of any related project. in the case. I can keep the whole case on the sewing machine table where I had the serger before, and if it is in the way when I want to use the sewing machine I can simply pick up the whole serger and its parts in its sturdy case by its sturdy straps and move it to a temporary location (without worrying about dropping or misplacing anything important in the process) and back again, also with no fuss. And the best part is, when I want to use the serger it is right there in the case with everything I need for using it. This has really helped my sense of order and ability to complete projects with a minimum of stress. Plus this GMAK case looks a lot more handsome and tidy sitting on the table than the serger did.

I really like this serger carrying case. I use it as convenient storage and dust protection while at home, and it also makes things easy when I need to take my serger to use outside my home. It is well padded and has a comfortable carrying handle. The interior and exterior have an additional eleven compartments which are great for keeping necessary accessories and materials organized. It is sized just right to fit my serger, and I also use it with a “beginner” sewing matchine that I sometimes travel with. The exterior material appears to be quite durable and is easy to wipe off for cleaning. I also like that the bottom has a small plastic “foot” at each corner so that the case is not sitting directly on the floor or ground. If you need an item like this, I can highly recommend this case, specially keeping in mind, that it can be used for many other things beyond sewing equipment.

I have an older White overlock machine from mid -1980's that still works just fine. I have never had a good and protected "home" for it when not in use, usually storing it in a basket with a towel over the top. This new case is the perfect answer and will allow easier moving from place to place, but more importantly, being able to finally keep it perfectly dust-free.I chose the purple since my other machine covers are black or dark brown. It's a nice change of pace. This case is really big! While the interior floor was roomy enough to fit my machine, I'm impressed by how much additional storage space there is in the interior alone, not including the outer pocket. I may store some of my yarn tools in there with the serger (i.e. cone yarn winders) and perhaps a few of my odd shaped pressing hams.I did place a wire rack support in the bottom but will eventually add a piece of covered plywood for trustworthy strength. My White machine is very heavy ... adding a solid piece of wood to the interior floor will prevent any sag or strain on the sewn corners. The original included bottom support is only flimsycardboard, not at all sufficient. Zippers seem okay, but I will be adding reinforcement to the handles where they connect to the bag (double-sided metal buttons or rivets to keep them from pulling away from the stitching on the bag ... they aren't even stitched all the way through to the lining, so I know they could potentially rip).Other than the few modifications I need to make, I'm happy with this bag, primarily for the size, color, and ability to keep my machine completely dust-free. The price point seems comparable to other Amazon listings I've seen.
