This type E camlock fitting has a male camlock quick connect adapter on one side and hose shank on the other side. The male camlock side of this coupler will only attach to a female camlock coupler. The hose shank will connect to the proper size hose. The body of this cam and groove fitting is made of polypropylene. Polypropylene cam lock fittings are lightweight and are corrosion and abrasion resistant. These cam and groove fittings are suitable for use with water, hydraulic oils, coolants, gasoline, and other petroleum products. These Type E poly cam lock fitting is made to quickly connect or disconnect. They comply with commercial item description A-A-59326D for quick disconnect fittings. These camlock fittings are often used in applications such as vacuum trucks, vacuum trailers, frac tanks, fuel delivery, grain movement and waste water industry. Camlock (cam and groove) fittings are popular couplings because they are economical and can easily be connected and disconnected. Warning: Type E cam and groove fittings, or any other camlock fitting, should not be used for compressed air or steam.

This male camlock adapter was compatible with another companies female end. The only reason that I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because Gloxco didn't list a female end to purchase a set.

They were shipped right away got them with in a few days. The one i received were as good of quality as i would buy in the local hardware store and a bit cheaper in cost. Thumbs up guys thank you.
