Your cart is empty.Gloxco brand aluminum type D cam and groove fitting. This type D camlock (Cam and Groove) fitting has a female camlock quick connect coupling on one side and a female NPT theads on the other side. The female camlock side of this coupler will only attach to a male camlock. The female threaded side will connect to and male NPT (National Pipe Tapered) threaded pipe. The body of this cam and groove fitting is made of aluminum. Aluminum cam lock fittings are lightweight and are corrosion and abrasion resistant. This fitting’s seal is made of NBR (Buna-N) rubber. Buna-N seals are resistant to fuel, oil, and other chemicals. The cam arms are made of stainless steel and includes two locking cotter pins. These cam and groove fittings are suitable for use with water, hydraulic oils, coolants, gasoline, and other petroleum products. These Type D cam and groove fitting is made to quickly connect or disconnect. They comply with commercial item description A-A-59326D for quick disconnect fittings. These camlock fittings are often used in applications such as vacuum trucks, vacuum trailers, frac tanks, fuel delivery, grain movement and waste water industry. Camlock (cam and groove) fittings are popular couplings because they are economical and can easily be connected and disconnected. In addition to this aluminum type D cam and groove fitting, Gloxco offers a full line of hose fittings with various types of connections. Gloxco hose fittings are used in systems such as air compressors, oilfield water distribution, vacuum trailer, vacuum trucks, frac tanks, storage tanks, agriculture, mining, road construction, fire fighting, and aviation industry. 1. Arrived days late.2. Could not get the aluminum 2″ Female NPT treads to match on any 2″ Male NPT pipe threads. Double checked with our other proven good aluminum and plastic male fittings and still no go. I cleaned threads with wire brush and it will starts but hangs up and leaks. Now it is stuck on and possibly ruined my 2 inch adapter.

The cam lock portion fits tight however I put a 2" - 1" bushing in the threaded end and tightened the hell out of it but it leaks a pretty steady drip. I plan to remove it and try some pipe dope in addition to the teflon tape. Overall I would but it again.
