Great bang for your buck!! Honestly I’d recommend getting this brand over AEM, simply because they’re cheaper and provide accurate numbers. I will always and forever run these in my civics.

This gauge makes my life so much easier to just clamp down and see what temperature my car is at. I recommend this to all my friends that drive modified cars or even live in hot areas as it’s super easy to install and be able to know the exact temperature your motor is at, this gauge in a few of my cars they work very well and definitely will be buying more when I build another car. Highly recommend to anyone that goes to the track or drifts their car it Is very important to know your temps Specially, someone driving a E36

Gauge works great! I'm using it for my liquid/air intercooler on my whipple supercharger. So I would have liked to read the lower temps as well. The Wires are also stiff and hard to work with, a wire loom would be a nice addition!!

Used this will an in-line hose sensor placement. Works great once the wiring pain is all done

I was going to try for a return but I am now a couple days outside of the return window since it took me a couple days to install and then actually drive the car, so they get a bad review for this disappointing item. Installed the gauge to the instructions and it lit up, changed color, looked the part just fine. But the problem was clear as soon as I turned it on. It was a completely cold engine and 65 or so degrees out. The gauge read 96 degrees. I let the car warm up and drove it a bit to get to operating temperature and it never was even close compared to my ECU reading, which matched exactly previously to my mechanical Autometer gauge installed in the same location as the sensor for this one. It was 10 to 20 degrees OVER what all the other gauges said. I know that it was wrong also because my thermostat opens at 180 and this sailed right past that to 190 while my ECU read 176. My Autometer gauge was never more than a couple degrees different (hard to tell because it was analog). I even reinstalled the gauge in the coolant pipe just in case there was an air bubble. I also tried just wiring it outside the car to eliminate a wiring issue, same readings. It was consistent, but consistently incorrect as far as I can tell comparing it to 2 other readings from different gauges. Maybe mine was out of spec, but since I am outside of the warranty I will never know I guess. Save your money and get a brand more known for accuracy than looks on a budget.

Looks great and works very well. Though you will need the fitting that goes on the water hose for the sensor. Very cool and helps me keepba better eye on the water temperature then just the analog.
