I gave it a four because they will not stay on continuously, they slow fade on and off every 30 seconds. Other than that they are great.

I had to get these to replace a pair that broke from my son’s costume. These worked perfectly and were very sturdy and durable. Fit my son perfectly. The look was as expected and the lights were bright and noticeable.

I bought these to decorate a Halloween dummy and give a werewolf glowing red eyes. They work great and look very spooky. That being said, I don't think you could safely wear these. The light sits right under the eyes and would be very distracting, even dangerous for those trying to see at night. I haven't fully tested the theory, but it doesn't seem safe. Cool prop in the right circumstances, though.
