I use these to embroider with beads on leather, which is very difficult to do when you go all the way through the leather, but this needle made my work easier and faster, and I can also use it to sew the pieces together

Bought to stitch holes in medium-heavy weight leather gloves (like from Home Depot), but size 3 & 4 were too big.WARNING: Size info on web inaccurate. For glover needles like this, the larger the number the smaller the size. Got size 5, smaller, and worked best. (4 is ok but better for very thick/thicker leather as it makes a largish hole).Btw, size 0, 00, 000 are progressively Larger than size 1.

I finally found leather needles that work. Like a hot knife in butter. No need to put a lot of pressure. Just sew. Yes thank you for well made and much needed good leather needles. I can make my family nice mitts easily without the sore fingers
