We have used these lights previously purchased with no issue. In this batch there was one stake that failed to light and work even after a full day of sun. Still like the appearance and nature of these garden lights. Would recommend must check that all work.

While I love these lights and I’ve ordered them a few times, I’m disappointed that on my recent order one of them only worked for about two weeks. Troubleshooting did not fix it.In the past, As for the ones that work well, when their battery lifespan is done, I find I have to buy new ones as replacing the batteries does not work.

We buy a half dozen of these garden lights every few years, these ones were attractive and relatively sturdy construction. Unfortunately we received a string of atmospheric river winter storms that devastated much more than a few garden lights and also more than 1/2 of the 6 we bought were also overwhelmed by our record rains. The battery cases were unable to withstand the inundation and we'll be getting more after this winter is over, likely from this seller as the designs are unique and I expect the replacements to have the usual 1-2 year life expected from these kinds of decorative pieces.
