I am obsessed with these cups. They are thick glass so I'm not worried about them slipping out of my hand. They are durable, and are very esthetically pleasing. I will definitely be buying these again as gifts for friends and family.

I love this set of glasses! The cut glass is pretty and looks high-end. Love the bamboo lid and glass straws, too! I tend to spill beverages when I'm working at my computer. The lid and straw are the perfect solution for my clumsy tendencies. When I serve guests with these glasses, they love them as much as I do.

I ordered the 16oz glass cups as a gift. I like the modern look, and it’s a good weight. However, of the 6 cups, one of the lids was already damaged upon opening the package. Part of the bamboo was cracked through. And one of the cups has an uneven base which makes the cup unstable when setting down. Is there a way to exchange just the damaged cups?
