If you know how to design sheet metal parts, these are fantastic. A lot of OEM vehicles also use hexagonal patterns for M6 and M8 Hex Rivnuts like this. Properly installed (in a hexagonal hole, not a circular...) that exists or was designed, these are superior and won't spin, even if poorly installed. Love these.These also follow the standard size / convention. Will continue to buy this. Would recommend.

These are the perfect standard for sheet metal, hex riv nut patterns. Good quality. If you're dealing with existing hex pattern holes meant for rivnuts on auto body, or designing, use these and you can't go wrong! A bit more expensive than the traditional circular ones, but they won't spin even if poorly clamped. I use these for steel especially, as it's much more likely to spin on a harder metal, as opposed to Aluminum sheet metal.If you're planning on drilling a hole to install rivnuts, obviously don't use these, use the circular ones..

Tried different ways to install but material is to soft and either does not go in correctly or ends up spinning the same as other brands, if you cant use a blind nut then just weld it instead of wasting your time with these, nothing against seller just bad product
