Se nos descolgó un radiador enorme porque el soporte a pared de un lado rompió un trozo de tocho y dejó un boquete. Imposible volver a poner un taco nuevo. Valorando si hacer un invento con taco químico o usar estos pernos, al final nos decantamos por ellos y con el más pequeño, midiendo y cortando antes el tornillo para que no tocara con el fondo de la tochana, brutal: problema solucionado y el soporte cogido de nuevo a la pared con fuerza más que de sobras para aguantar el radiador lleno.Así que no solo valen para techos si tienes un poco de maña.

The best type of anchor for heavy things or those under stress like towel bars. The plastic ones are junk. This brand was fine.

I had to repair things around the house especially my toilet roll and towel railings. The previous anchors did not do their job well…..I ordered these and stalled them. Work fine and I’m satisfied with how it holds our toilet railings well. Can’t wait to do more repair in my garage.

VERY cheap - I sheared two of these off on plasterboard! Not something easily done with something of any strength. However, they work, they are cheap, and it saved a drive to Home Depot or Lowes!Buy if you want cheap and work. Go to the main stores if you want sturdier. They do as they are supposed to do.

Hard to tighten the screw without having to pull the whole thing towards you, while your tightening. But if you manage to tighten it, it holds pretty well.
