This shirt is soft and pretty. It could have been slightly closer to the body, but its still a cute shirt and my daughter is smitten with it. I'd say it's pretty darn true to size.

I was surprised how nicely made for comfort this is - it's a very soft T-shirt like fabric on the inside, crushed velvet on the outside and the sequins are well attached. Nicely adjustable straps. Decent price for something that's a bit of a novelty (I guess she can wear it day to day with a sweater) and a real treat for dress up.

This top is so cute and surprisingly very soft! It has great flexibility and stretch. It's so cute for dance! It runs large though. Ordered a 5-6 for my daughter who wears that size (picture), but it better fits my size 7 daughter in width (adjustable shoulder straps).
