Super warm fit great my daughter is about 56 lbs 44 in tall, almost 5 yrs old bought the 7-8 as she does wear bigger size for her age (size L old navy leggings which are abt 10-12). Fit great and warm, she loves them too. Initially bought a size bigger than 7-8 i think 9-10? But they were too big and returned for 7-8 which were great!

These leggings are thick and warm. However, my daughter can hardly get her feet through the ends as the holes are sewn so tightly. They seem to run a tad long as well, but we could deal with that. I will likely have to cut the inside seams of the end of the legs so she can get her feet through.

These are fabulous kids leggings! I have one shorter ‘chubby baby’ child and one tall slim child. I bought 6-7, and 7-8 and they still have room. So maybe they run a little big? But I love them! I hate that most little girls clothing is super tight, and/or scratchy. These are SUPER soft and stretchy, but the legs are not suctioned on either. We wear uniforms to school and these are great for the winter weather. SUPER picky mom here, so just buy them!

Overall these are warm and a good quality. The waist is the needed size but they are a little long.

I absolutely love these pants for my great granddaughter, she is active and loves to be outside. They keep her legs nice and warm, the fit was great. I did order a size bigger than what she normally takes. The colors available are great to choose from. They are well worth the money the quality. I would reorder these pants.

Bought the 4-5T for my son, 47in tall, 44lbs. Fits perfect, I would’ve been safe to go one size up. It’s thin and soft, so it could potentially be too thin for super cold weather with no other layers. It’ll be good for a slight chill.Purchased as an under layer for skiing!

Writing this review for other parents who are having a hard time finding warm leggings for their kids. Carter’s used to have really nice quality, but this year they changed the quality and are barely thick anymore. I took a chance on these and I’m very happy because these will keep my girl warm in our very cold winters. The fit is true to size.

I don’t know why they don’t make these for boys but I bought these “girls” leggings in black for my almost 3 year old son and they’ve been wonderful! They don’t look girly at all. He wears them with his nfl hoodies and they look great. It’s chilly here in Ohio and these are so easy to throw on for a little extra warmth on cold days. They’re comfy to run around, jump and play in and easy to throw in a diaper bag (buy an extra pair or two) for a quick change if you need it on the go. I liked them so much I bought a few extra pairs. Sized up 2 sizes for a perfect fit. He’s a little over 3 feet tall and about 33 lbs.
