It's a lottery. Either it's way too big or way too small - too much variance in sizes. I wish the reviews provided feedback on the fit. Sometimes, there is a warning that it's a frequently returned item, but the reason is not provided.These pants fit her 3-years older sister! But I recently bought items for the older one that fit the younger sister. This is ridiculous.

It took longer to arrive, and then it was delivered to the wrong address. I had to order again in hopes that it would arrive on time. Once I received it, I was disappointed with the material. I will never order from store again!
