I am impressed. I have owned other Giraffe brand hose reels (garden hose, not pressure washer) and I can confirm they make a solid product. Let me begin by saying I have not yet installed this on my wall, but I have removed it from the box, tested it with my washer and attachments and it functions just fine. The reel is solid. The spring has plenty of tension and the metal components are commercial grade. The hose is great and the sheath is complete without any deformities. When the weather dries up I will get it up and installed on my wall. If there are any issues or I have a change in opinion I will be sure to update this review immediately. Overall I am extremely happy with it. It costs a little more than the others but the quality is top notch. I feel 5 stars is a fair assessment and I think most of you will be extremely pleased with it too.

I can’t believe I waited so long to get this; it makes coiling the hose after detailing a car effortless, and it’s a high-quality product with no leaks or reel problems—highly recommend!

I like to pressure wash my cars regularly and it’s always a hassle getting my stiff 50-foot hose out. This reel makes it super easy to start up the pressure washer anytime you need it. The reel feels very sturdy, and the hose retracts very easily. Comes with some adapters all of which I only used one. I had to buy an adapter to put a quick connect on the lead hose. The lead hose is very short and that is my only grip about this reel. I would like to be able to run the pressure washer from outside the carport. It has a stopper to keep the hose from retracting too far. The 60-foot length is great and allows me to get completely around my vehicles to wash them. This is a complete kit except if you need to attach a quick connect for your pressure washer. Completely turnkey.

Very nice hose reel, and never thought about installing a auto-rewind reel for my pressure washer. Definitely makes life a little easier, and makes the hose a little more manageable. Overall this is exactly as described, and performs as expected.

really like this reel, works like any other quality reel, hose looks good quality, fittings are decent. the hose is rated for cold water, not sure i would try to run hot water through it, may be catastrophic if you do.one thing i don't like and need to take a moment about. metric to imperial conversions. please stop doing this. i appreciate the attempt to cater to the usa market and our desire to measure in anything other than metric. honestly though, anyone in the usa under 60 has at least a rough understanding of the metric system and would rather buy or try to dig up a measuring device that is metric graduated than wrap our heads around 12 3/5, or 2 1/10, or 3 7/25 [straight from the manual]. if you want to continue the attempt to include imperial measurements, please keep in mind they need to be divisible by 12, the number of inches in a foot. i'm 47 and i would rather the stopping point for the reel be 1 meter instead of 3 7/25', or drill depth of 40mm instead of 2 1/10". our government set the standard and even they have largely switched to metric. i don't know who is keeping the imperial system going at this point honesty, i never knew anyone here that enjoyed fractions.36/72 is :(0.500 is :)

This water hose reel is really well built. It is heavy and made to last. The whole thing comes assembled and installs easy. You do want to make sure to have a substantial mounting location because it weighs quite a bit. But it is so useful once installed.The hose is good quality and the real is easy to use. Water flow is great. I wasn’t sure how it would actually work with a pressure washer since swivel assemblies can really cut volume. But it supplies everything my Honda pressure washer can use.I’m really impressed with this hose reel and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone with the garage or shop. This would be great for home but also excellent in a commercial or industrial application.Great seller, outstanding tool, and quick shipping. Order with confidence!
