In searching for a good quality pump for a one gallon bottle, I found many bad ones. This one is the right size and length, and seems to be heavy duty plastic. I’m hoping this one might last a long time.

As I have bought a gallon of lotion (don't ask) and needed a way of getting it out without making a big mess, I bought this. It works great, easy to use, durable and functional. I am able to pump out the needed amount be it small or large.

It appears to be a good pump for large bottles. However, I am very disappointed that this pump significantly leaks after pumping my Ginger Lily Farms plant-based dishwasher soap and rinse aid. I bought a second one to give the pump another chance and it also leaks. I will not buy again as it wastes products. This product is definitely not worth the amount charged unless they fix the post-pumping leaking issue.

I bought this pump to dispense 1oz increments of car wash soap from a gallon container. It fits on the container, but doesn't seem like the threads match, and when I squeeze the bottle, air goes in/out from either the threads or the shaft of the pump. No big deal as the soap won't really dry out. The main issue I've had with this pump is that due to the thickness of the liquid in my application, once I'm done using the pump and put it back on the shelf, it drips for a few minutes from the tip of the dispenser. This wouldn't be a problem if your liquid is either water-like, or thick like lotion. I did test how much output there is with each pump, and it is indeed 1oz. Overall quality feels good, it is quite sturdy and the pump doesn't feel "cheap" when I press it down, and the spring has good push-back.
