The stool is nice, compact and convenient.The top tier comes in the packaging detached and needs to be attached by the buyer. It was very difficult to get the prongs on the top tier to align and insert to the base. After much squeezing and hoping, I was able to get them inserted almost all the way.I am very leery of trying to much power or impact to finalise the fitting as the first unit that was shipped the prongs were broken in the packaging. I am fairly sure it may have been broken when another buyer had returned them. Our return was handled well, and I got my refund, but the returned package still reports being in FedEx Cambridge ON since December 28th.

It rolls easily with just a gentle foot push. Holds my weight (155 lbs) easily and remains steady when standing on it. It is a sturdy product. Not difficult to assemble.

My short legs do not let me step directly on the top. However, this step locks immediately when I step on the lower step and allows me to get to the top step safely!

This step stool is so easy to use. Very lightweight and rolls easily to move around yet secure when I stand on it. I wanted something I could just kick to where I want it and was lightweight enough to pick up if needed. Also the correct height to get in my upper kitchen cabinets. Have used for 2 years and no problems.

I'm not really using this as it is intended. For me it is more a seat to have when working at lower shelves and cupboards. I have difficulty getting up if I try sitting on the floor, so this lets me be low down but not stuck there. And when not in use that way it makes a convenient little side table. Wish I'd thought of this ages ago. It doesn't take much pressure to secure it from sliding when you sit or step on it, so I feel very secure. When empty, it does roll easily to move it around.

Like the size and functionality of the stool.Dislike the fact that I ordered black and received gray.When I asked the seller about exchanging for black, they replied that they don't make it in black.... That is false advertising and really ticked me off. Clearly not enough to return it- lazy beat out irritation! I can say that I'll not purchase from this seller again.
