I recommend this chair holder. It is very robust and hangs the chairs at a good height. I wish it would come with some shims because it does have a wobble if the floor is not flat. The only con I have noticed is since I put it on the balcony (3 months/ including some snow) I have noticed the bottom screws are starting to rust. I will probably need to replace with some rust resistant screws in the future.

This Chair Stand was super easy to put together. It is sturdy and fits my space perfectly. This was a great solution to finding out that my patio structure was not suitable for hanging my swinging chair from the ceiling. I could not be happier with this product.

I loved that it was relatively easy to put together and that was exactly what I wanted to hold a child play tent for my grandson. I felt it was perfectly safe and would be for him to play in for years. It helped make a great present that absolutely loves.

We've had two swing chairs sitting in the basement for the last six years (!!!). The idea of putting them on a stand finally bubbled up and these stands are perfect! We are average body weights and tall'ish. Our swing chairs are far enough off the ground that our feet dangle a little. This is easily fixed by using a longer chain length or an additional spring if needed.We don't know how durable they are because we've only had them for a month. They appear to be tough.

Ordered this item in July 2020, and it broke in April 2021. This item was suppose to be sturdy and hold up to 330 lbs. I sent a message to Giantex on May 5th 2021, to let them know that their product broke at the weld and it was under a covered patio. This was their response: "Sorry to hear that.We found you ordered it last July, which is out of warranty in fact.Can you still send us pictures to show the problem?Can you fix it in your local areas?How about we refund you $30 as a discount and you solve it, do you agree?Waiting for your reply.Best regards! DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM......NOT DURABLE AND NOT RUST RESISTANTI did send pictures as requested.I think this is a load of crap and and now I have a piece of scrap metal that no welder will touch !!!!

I purchase this stand on the 26 of june told me i was suppose to get this stand only between the 8th or 13th of july !!Guess what i just received it and were only june 30Easy to assemble i did it alone but its kind of heavyI install my hammak chair and test it and its great for now but holy its big i didnt think this stand would be that big it was for my living room ill see what the man of the house will say 🤭😅But for now i enjoy it :)

Have had this Giantex hammock stand since August 2016. Easy to assemble and quite sturdy. Has held 170lbs moving around in this hammock and toddlers. It is reliable and elegant...great, unexpected home feature that also pulls the eye up toward your ceilings. Base is sturdy as is the arc. Got carabeener thing for proper weight, to connect hammock to v-hook. Just be sure your hammock won't get stretched to the ground with your weight

Product looks nice, sturdy though most of the joints are welded rather than built with the mould (which would have made it more sturdy). For me, the base clamps were crooked and not aligned. Even with all my effort, I could not put it together safely, so contacted customer service to send me replacement. They could not send me replacement but refunded without asking to return the product...quick response and helped to resolve the issues in few ways.While waiting to resolve the issue, I bought another one (from neighborhood) so never used this one. Instructions are faulty and also note that the base may have gap from ground and that's normal as long as the 4 small circular parts are on the ground.

The assembly instructions were very vague and could have been more elaborate. One of the screws was mislabeled in the first instruction, which I didn’t realize until I was halfway through. I secured all the screws as well as I could but the stand still wobbles a little. The design is very neat and stylish and fits nicely in the small corner of my room.

I have had this for a couple of months now, it sits on my screened in porch. It was pretty simple to put together, but did take two people as it was kinda heavy. It's really sturdy. My only complaint is, it could be taller. I bought it to go with a chair hammock I already had and I sit pretty low to the ground. I am not sure if a different hammock would sit higher. It's not uncomfortable but sometimes my butt does touch the bottom bar. I am sure they make it this height so that it can fit inside the house without being to tall. And it clearly says the height on the description, so it was my bad. But I didn't see any that were taller either. But overall it does its job.
