Drawers are flimsy and bulge upwards. Two of the purple drawers were cracked in the front corners.

My kids love Legos but dreaded building things because we had all of their Legos thrown in a big drawer. It took 3 days but they are finally all sorted. They are having so much fun building creations. There is a lot of weight in these Legos and this little cart is handling like a champ. It was fairly easy to assemble if you're familiar with hand tools.

This a is fairly solid, bright, nicely sized cart that’s great for organizing little things like toys, tools, and crafts. I’ve only owned a couple of these carts for a few years now, and mostly they’ve held up really well.I’ve used these carts to organize tools in my garage as well as crafts and toys for my kids — they’re lightweight and versatile.The only problem is that the plastic drawers are prone to cracking if bumped, dropped, jammed, overweighted, or otherwise stressed too much … And then, if the crack is along the edge that’s used for sliding the drawers in and out, the crack can become further strained and the drawer can eventually fall out since the structure that keeps the drawers in place is based entirely around a piece of plastic sliding into the metal cart, but with the lip on the plastic drawer bearing the weight. And if they hit the floor with something heavy in them — they can shatter at the corners.Now, on the one hand I’ve only had around 6 drawers crack over 2 years — that’s out of 2 of these carts I own, so 6 broken drawers out of 30 drawers total doesn’t seem terrible — and most of those are tiny hairline fractures or small chips that aren’t very noticeable so far. However, two of the drawers did eventually develop cracks that were bad enough that some duck tape was needed to hold them together, and they don’t slide in and out as nicely as before.This can be expected for most carts and plastic drawers of this type — unless handled very gently or with some luck, thin plastic isn’t going to last forever.The annoying thin is that as far as I can tell there’s no way to buy replacement drawers, despite these drawer types and sizes being standard across carts sold by a bunch of different brands. I’ve even contacted some of the companies that sell these types of carts, and they’ve supposedly contacted the manufacturers that supply them as well, but no one seems to know where or how to buy replacement parts.And if you can’t get replacement parts — then you end up either having to buy an entirely new cart, or deal with the existing cart with missing/broken drawers. Which is super annoying and wasteful.Ultimately the manufacturer should investigate ways of making the drawers stronger, and at least offer a convenient and affordable way to buy replacement drawers when needed.Again, I should note that this problem seems to exist across a lot of carts and other “ fast furniture” pieces like this across multiple manufacturers, it’s not just this brand’s problem. The industry needs to work on quality and repairability in general.This brand, Giantex, however, has been very professional, friendly, and easy to work with, and they offer some of the best versions of these types of carts in my experience.

we built the frame work and started going through the drawers to put them in and around half of the plastic drawers were cracked . we had to epoxy them all ( couldn't find the superglue) to strengthen them up to be useable

I love this storage cart. I needed a rolling cart to store my machine embroidery supplies. Everything fits and I store my thread boxes and laptop on the surface. With all of my items organized (with little containers I found on Amazon), this cart holds quite a bit. It is pretty sturdy. Just a bit of wobble when I move it. Nothing major or worrisome. There was no damage or breakage from shipping. It assembled easily. My only disappointment was there was around an one inch long narrow track of surface rust in one of the grooves a drawer slides into. It appears that the box may have gotten wet in storage? It does not effect the use of the cart and does not show. Because of that and because I really needed it at that point, I kept it and did not return it. Really please and would buy again. Just disappointed with the rust.

I purchased two versions of this cart as gifts for a quilter. It is perfect for organizing all the various sewing and quilting supplies. It is sturdy but not intended to hold really heavy items. There are 2 sizes of drawers to hold a wide variety of items. The flat top surfaces are sturdy but I would not put more than 10-20 pounds on them. Assembly was quick and simple. Unfortunately two of the drawers arrived with the front corners broken off. I contacted the seller and received prompt and helpful replies. Since it was a Christmas gift and there was not time to replace it, the seller refunded my money and did not require me to return it so I will be able to purchase a new replacement after the holiday. Impressive customer service! Will definitely order from this seller again.

This is a very sturdy storage set. I have it in my computer room and have it filled with paper, some books, and other things. It was very easy and quick to put together. The drawers are a good sturdy plastic, and slide quite well on the metal rails. Love the colors very vibrant. A bit difficult to roll on the casters, only because of the weight I have in the drawers.
