We purchased this 5th wheel pin puller to use as a heavy duty tool to retrieve items from the back of our truck and from the passthrough of our camper. It works very well, heavy enough to pull items but not so heavy we can't handle it. And sturdy enough to push items as well

This is perfect for the cart I made to move around 300lb tress that are on a cart I made. The hook fits perfectly in an eye hook and I’m able to easily move the heavy fruit trees around.It’s length is perfect, 39” and it is very sturdy.

I drive a huge dually pickup pulling a 5th wheel horse trailer with living quarters. I'm short and without this I can't reach the lock on the 5th wheel plate without a stepstool. This gives me extra reach. Additionally I use it to reach the handles on the top doors of my horse trailer, push or pull open and closed the ceiling air vents over the horse, and reach the horse area sliding windows from the ground. It's solid, well balanced and I expect it will last the rest of my life.

Great Product! Does what its designed to do. No more getting under the trailer to pull the fifth wheel lever on a rainy and muddy day. Very light and still build strong. Fits on top of my work bag so its easy to carry around.*Update*This is still a great product and still strong! The only thing that annoys me is how long it is. I cannot store it anywhere. I do not use the same truck everyday so I can’t just leave it in there. Wish there was a retractable one.

Saw it the first time at Iowa 80, spent a year kicking myself for not buying it. Got back to Iowa 80 and the drivers I was with were wondering why I would waste my money over a puller that I had and never used. That's when I held it up in the air and said "bungy cords and straps, no more climbing the gate for the one that gets caught in the tarp, no more crawling down the top of a trailer in high winds over a strap that didn't flop over with the tarp", their jaws dropped! Got out of trucking, my husband took it over to use in construction pulling heavy chains out of the bed of his truck. Stolen, this is a replacement. I've used a 5th wheeler puller about twice in my life. This will work for that but this is so much more than that. Dump trailer, walking floor, container, even a pickup on construction snagging things from the bed of a truck, this saves you a whole lot of climbing. When it comes to 13' trailers, it's also a matter of safety. Climbing across frame rails in high winds...I'll climb the side where I have a grip. I had a dang tarp take off on me once while I was on it. I didn't break my arm and wasn't tossed off the trailer...I was much luckier than others that day. Anything dealing with a tarp system...you want this.

I run double trailer tractor trailers and am constantly hooking and unhooking trailers from tractor trailers and dollies. My shoulders would constantly scream in pain from pulling stubborn pins all the while my clothes would be constantly dirty from rubbing against the bottoms of the trailers. No more!This pin puller is very heavy duty and with the extra piece makes it very easy to unhook the jost dollies that have the locking mechanism that keeps the pin from coming out - a very messy two handed unlock that is normally a real pain.I've had mine for a week now is easily my most coveted tool on my truck! A very small price to pay for what it does, so much so I bought one for a very good friend of mine who does the same thing.I would give ten stars if I could!
