The 'lightweight' version is a very good base plate carrier. It fits 10x12 plates with straps inside to hold them firm. Stretchy cummerbund can be easily replaced for one with side armor, and after trying it on a few times I can see the importance of quick release as well considering this has strong velcro. This has all kind of padding that those mass produced, nylon canvas, no molle type carriers of equal price don't. As a 6 foot tall guy of average weight wearing it as intended where the vest collar touches where my collar bones meet, it goes to just above my bellybutton, which is standard size, and more armor can be added such as abdomen plate, crotch, etc. It did not come with a magazine pouch as depicted in the image, which may be a bummer for some, but it was so nice I didn't mind and I planned on adding my own attachments anyway. I'm impressed and glad I came across this listing at the last second as it was buried in there with all the others.

For a first plate carrier it’s not bad, seems to be of decent quality. The size is alright for someone who’s about 5’10” about 160 but it probably wouldn’t work for someone any smaller.

I'd honestly only want to wear it for a couple of hours. I like it for a few reasons. It works, the stitching is decent enough, it's quick to don, and with SAPI plates it's comfortable enough on the shoulders. The MOLLE straps all work well. It's clearly not the highest quality, but having mine for a few years and running drills donning it fully loaded, I think the material quality will hold up for a long time.

-Shipping was fast. No issues.-Purchased this for for workouts.-Primary inspection, I found no issues with this product.-Velcro is solid and works well, almost too well! Velcro is in all the spots needed, plus some. I was especially impressed with this aspect-Size is right on for me. I am 5'11" 185lbs, athletic build.-Easily adjustable to keep it tight and in place. Shoulder straps and mid-section straps are are solid with PLENTY of Velcro for a custom fit.-I use a 10lb plate in front and back with no issues. There are additional Velcro straps inside the plate holder pockets to hold plates in place, plus Velcro securing the pockets closed.-Pouches and Molle are perfect for holding smaller items for outdoor use. Zipper is works smooth.-Overall, I am impressed with the design, versatility, and quality of this product. This camo design is exactly what I was looking for as well.

Feels nice and comes with a lot. IMO the best cheap plate carrier for airsoft iv seen after buying 3 others. Comes with 5 m4 pouches. Material is nice and I was able to resize all parts of it.

I saw the reviews, and figured I would give this a shot. Lemme tell you, BEST DECISION EVER. My first inspection of the vest, I could not find a single stray stitch. I bought a different plate carrier alongside this one for more than double the price and found multiple stray stitching. This one is pretty bare bones, but that isn't necessarily a bad thing, especially when buying your first plate carrier. It has a decent amount of MOLLE on the front, so you can add pouches and tourniquet holders, or utilize the magnetic pouches that come with it. It accommodates 10x12 plates and keeps them snug with straps inside of the plate insert.One side note for those of you just getting into this, open the flap on the backside of the vest to adjust the cumberbund. You will need to put some minutes into getting it to fit around your torso just right, but once that's done you don't have to worry about it again.Overall 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a cheap and reliable plate carrier.

I was looking for another plate carrier/tactical carrier for my newest level IV plates and I wanted one with side panel pouches for 6X8 plates as well as mag pouches for my AR-14 / M4 magazines & pistol magazines included in the purchase which work and fit great. Side panel pockets and extra magazine/utility pouches are also a great addition . The velcro and stitching are all top notch and very rugged and well done/made .The GLORYFIRE tactical vest carrier caught my interest after seeing the quick release shoulder & cumberbund releases ~ as well as the design and magazine pouch arrangements all in 1 package .I own several different Armor carriers and plates and this GLORYFIRE unit fits ALL my needs excellently. The quick release buckle/connectors work effortlessly even when the mag pouches and molle attachments are laden with gear to complete this kit .The guide loops on the shoulder straps help to route my camel back irrigation system hose & the vest is very sturdy and rugged( even with a full load ). The mesh backing works well in hot and cold weather conditions ~ even with hard level IV armor , and the double plate velcro straps (inside the carrier pockets) secure armor very well under rough and strenuous movement and field use .I have carriers that cost twice what the GLORYFIRE carrier cost and they are nowhere as good as the GLORYFIRE . I'd recommend this vest/carrier wholeheartedly and without reservation.The price is unbeatable,the quality is superb and the fit and function are perfect .I'm 5'7" 127 lbs. and it's a perfect fit with 5 minutes of adjustment right outta the box. Brothers of mine bought the same carrier after seeing mine and they are all 5'8" to 6' plus ~ and alot heavier,and it fits smaller men like myself and them just great . This carrier/tactical vest is an awesome high quality unit ,loaded with features,it has a unique quick release system that works with a full kit loaded and priced WAY below the others.Mine is camo and I'm gonna buy another in black .Buy this unit and you'll be very happy .

Simple but solid. All straps are still working and feels solid. Running with a gunbelt so I can move a little off the vest for bulk reasons. Will update as my adventures allow.
