I live in the north, in house that gets south facing sun all day. Irrelevant? Hardly. I have bought similar products in plastic, but the cold would often cause them to break, and those that didn't break we deteriorate in the sun through the summer season. THESE? no way. sleek and strong. No snapping or bending. Just fantastic. Such a great Christmas light add for me. Thank You!!

But don't let anyone know you have them until you finish your project - mine disappeared shortly after I showed them to my son and are now in his boat holding up electrical wires. Fortunately I only need a couple for my project so it was a win - win situation.

I like the fact that these are stainless. I was a bit shocked at the small size. They should work fine. I just might have to get out the tweezers to assist me in mounting them. I'll have to see if I have a screwdriver head that small.

Smaller than expected from the photos but they ended up being perfect for the Christmas lights that I was hanging. They are well made and I anticipate they’ll last a few years. Next year will be a breeze now that I have these mounted so I can just hang the lights. They seem sturdy and have held up well through the rainy/snowy winter.

I discovered these this year and have high hopes they will last way longer than the plastic ones we have been using to hang our holiday lights. I will say that we replaced the screws that were included, we just couldn't get them to go in our 130-year-old wood siding.

The hooks are a little thin, easily bendable just by hand. However, they get the job done.
