I have German in my lineage. I wanted one of these when I went to Germany & couldn’t bring one home. Very well made. Would highly recommend.

The box was broken when it arrived and I hoped it would be okay but it wasn’t, as you can see in the pictures several places were smashed in a way I couldn’t glue myself. Pieces missing from the bottom, figures fallen off. Other than that though it’s just not great quality. You can see the excess glue on misaligned joints. Very disappointing. My advice is to keep your money, or spend the little extra to get an actually nice one somewhere else.

My parents had one of these when I was growing up and I always wanted one. Now I have one and I love it! It’s easier to put together and spins very easily. I was able to disassemble and place it back in the original box to store until next year.

Very nice pyramid! Good value all around, I've seen these for several hundred $ so this is a great alternative. Decent packaging; as has happened with others, mine had a very minor break with one of the characters, but nothing major at all. Quick super glue and done (it's imported and a little fragile by design so no worries). "Runs" just fine using 3 candles instead of the full 6 if you want a slower rotation.

This gift was easy to assemble, and within minutes after opening the gift, my mother had the candles lit and the carousel in action. We all enjoyed watching it spin and marveled at the charming little science moment. Well made and very cute. 10 out of 10.

Bought this for my wife's birthday. Growing up her family always had one and she constantly loves talking about it over the Christmas season. It arrived on time and was an amazing surprise for her. She put it together and we were both disappointed to see one of the people in on the lower level was missing it's head. We looked around in the box and the packaging but could not find it. She sadly took it apart and I began repackaging it to send it back. Just as I was placing the pyramid back in the box the missing head found it's way out of being jammed under one of the rotating level, not sure how it was stuck in there. Glued the head back on and we are both happy with the look. We haven't had time to test it out yet but she is very excited for the Christmas season to put it on display.

My husband and I have been looking for a nativity pyramid for years as a nostalgic reminder of one from his childhood. We never purchased because he loved the grand expensive ones we couldn't really afford. So this year I surprised him with this more reasonably priced simpler version. It is a lovely work of art, nicely made and very easy to complete. Hubby was so thrilled when he came home and saw it. With tears in his eyes, he exclaimed, "Wow, why did we wait so long!?"
