Perfect fit on Corolla. I installed it before the hole it fits in wore too big. Takes about a minute to install. Feels a lot safer.

item was made of hard plastic not rubber like the original piece. Due to the rigid nature of the peace it broke when slid onto the rod in the same location as the original grommet was. Not effective.

I bought it for a 2004 Toyota Corolla since it broke due to time and I bought this one and it worked very well.

Got this for 2003 Corolla hood support rod. It's the right size and fits in the receiving hole but is very loose and comes out easy. It should have wider back in order to hold better. I will be gluing the part in place with high heat glue or pretty sure it will fall out. Obviously the OEM part wasn't much better or it would still be there.

This grommet works as it is supposed to. The fit is a little looser than I expected..however it DOES WORK! And..the cost is very reasonable compared to other internet sellers. No complaints!
