Has a no start issue where the truck would crank and turn over strong but the engine would not start... almost like it was out of fuel. After some research found that it's a common issue among the Xterras and other NIssans... most likely a faulty this relay on the factory fuse box. Originally Nissan didn't sell just the fuse so people were purchasing the entire updated IPDM box. So far just swapping out the old relay has fixed my no start issue... we see if it holds up... I bought a few extra relays to keep in the truck just incase.. hopefully I won't have to replace the IPDM box since it's a few hundred bucks...

I was so happy to find that this simple replacement part was all I needed to fix my intermittent starting problem on my 2008 Nissan Armada. About 1 in every 7 starts would just result in a click (kind of like when you have a bad starter). The 1 in 7 was getting worse over about 2 weeks until I found this replacement part. I have not had that issue again and it has been about 3 months. So it is safe to say that this was the problem. As other reviews mentioned, you can find the full recall and instructions for older model Titans and Armadas (circa 2004) online. This is what convinced me that I this was the fix BEFORE doing it. These instructions very helpfully walk you through the whole repair. The problem is that newer vehicles were not included on the recall even though they were definitely affected (like mine).Luckily, this is the fix. It costs $4, so I bought an extra just in case. I would not want to get stuck somewhere far away without the ability to start but especially due to an abnormal problem such as this. I have contingency plans and am always mindful of the normal reasons, like dead battery or low fuel.

Relay on my yamaha r6 burnt out and the part number matched to this. Every item on my bike now functions perfectly. For the price you cannot beat the product. Three times more expensive at an auto parts store.

My 2006 Nissan Armada wasn't starting when I turned the ignition key, the key would turn but nothing happened, just a click. (I had a new battery so I ruled that out and pretty sure it wasn't the starter) I found on a Nissan Website that this was a common issue and to replace this relay. To make sure I wasnt wasting money I temporarily used the relay from the heated mirrors and the problem dissappeared. I ordered two of these relays from Conyers and they arrived in a timely manner and we're very reasonably priced! Truck has been starting fine with the new relay since March! I almost feel bad not giving my Nissan Dealer $100 + to diagnose the issue and over charge for the relay when I got one for $4.50 from Conyers with FREE shipping! Thank You Conyers!

I bought this relay because there was an issue (and a RECALL) on a few 2005 and up Nissan Frontiers with the IPDM (Intelligence Power Distribution Module) relay failing and causing no start issues, idle issues, vehicle dying while driving issues. My 2005 Nissan Frontier was one of the trucks in the recall, but I just bought this updated/improved relay and put it in myself.Easy way to see if your vehicle is one that needs this new relay:Step 1-open the lid on the IPDM fuse/relay panel (located against the firewall on the passenger side). The IPDM is the bigger of the two, it almost touches the firewall.Step 2-see what color the actual IPDM housing is (the part that actually holds the fuses/relays and the wires plug into). NOT the black cover you removed.Step 3-if your IPDM housing is black, then your in great shape. NO NEW RELAY IS NECESSARY!Step 4-if your IPDM housing is white, then buy this relay, because you need to change out the IPDM relay!I hope this helps,CPS

I bought these as backups, since I have a Titan, which is prone to throw these out. I haven't had to use them yet, but they get 4 stars due to their low price. They're also genuine factory parts, which is always a plus.
