One day I went to start my car and it had absolutely no power and key was stuck in the ignition. Even after trying to jump I couldn’t get it to start or get the key out.. replaced this and havnt had a problem since. Hopefully this saves you hours of time and research. Also it comes with all the new fuses and everything.

This fixed my P305F code. If you have this code, save yourself the headache and just buy it. It was fairly easy to install and the light went off immediately without having to reset it.The product did take over a week to get here so that was frustrating. But this was definitely cheaper than purchasing through a dealer or other platforms.

Bought this unit after a lot of back and forth with a P305F code on a 2014 Malibu 2.5L w/ auto stop start. This unit includes all fuses($5-10 a piece) and the Fuse block ($120). I gambled on this since there was no photos. The Malibu has multiple configurations and this was the one what worked with my car. Again, 2.5L N/A with Auto Stop/Start. This configuration has the aux battery in the trunk.One could buy the pieces separately for a cheaper price, but this is nice that it all came in one package and half of the fuses are built in (3/4 of the midi fuses pictured on the top right of the photo). If you wish to try every little part for budget you can save money that way but with a lot of try/return until you find the right piece. This is all in one for those who prefer plug-and-play easy maintenance and are willing to spend a little extra.All separate pieces included totals the amount of this unit +- $10.

This product was to replace a 2015 2.5l Chevy Malibu defective part. I attempted to obtain clarification on what this included and there was no response so I took a chance it did contain the Dual Batty Isolation Module and it did.Apparently the DBIM are defective on some GM products. In my case the rear battery was charging and the alternator was operating the vehicle as it was suppose to, however it was not charging the main battery that starts the car. I was getting P058D DTC and at one point a notification of "Battery Saver Active". This unit resolved the conflicts and the main battery is charging again.I stated the DBIM was defective as I removed it from the epoxy they sealed it in and found rust and other corrosion inside. This should not be possible the way it was sealed. This newer one used a clear resin over the gray that came with the factory part so I am hoping the issue is corrected. They lost a star for not providing better description of the part and not answering the question.
