In an SHTF situation you would need to store waste properly and these are also fun for Halloween.I recommend this product.

At roughly .23 cents a bag, you can’t go wrong with this bulk box of biohazard bags. I got them for my 10 gallon trash can that I empty daily. The bag fits perfect, with plenty of overlap so that it doesn’t fall in when full. I do want to note that the warning label is only on one side of the bag, in case you are planning to use these professionally. I’m just using them at home for my rabbit’s waste because he carries a zoonotic disease. This bag is a great reminder to anyone taking out the trash, to wash their hands thoroughly afterwards. The ply is thin, but I haven’t had any issues with it tearing or puncturing. The ties, on the other hand, are flimsy and delicate. The first time I went to tie up a bag, the one handle ripped. So they have to be handled with care. I knocked a star off for that, but otherwise these are great biohazard bags.
