1

Capability To Work On Different Cooktops

Aluminum Moka pots can’t be used on an induction cooktop or an electric stove. While most stainless steel pots are compatible, if you have an electric stove, you should always check if a pot is suitable for it.

2

Visible Magic

Brew beauty to start off your day on the right side. The handle is made from silicone and can resist high temperatures and features a finger grip to provide a better grip.

3

Moka Pot Sizing

The Moka pots are available in different serving sizes with some stainless steel Moka pots that can make up to 9 cups of coffee at a time. The Geesta companies have Moka pots of different serving sizes, ranging from single cup, 4 cup, 6 cup, and 9 cup models.

4

Stainless-steel Vs. Aluminum

Electric Moka pots are not suitable for camping since they need to be plugged in, however manual Moka pots can work on camping burners making them ideal for travelers and adventurers.

With more time to master barista skills, homebound consumers are creating their own coffee trends at home during the epidemic. Beverage brands are paying attention and you may find new inspiration in these innovations for your home!

What do you get when you combine coffee, creativity, and lots of idle time? Spurred by stay-home measures and longing for your favorite coffee shot lattes and other specialty drinks, consumers are learning to craft these concoctions in their homes with new and inspired tools and products like our Moka pot.

Stainless is stylish and certainly better looking than aluminum, but it also heats up faster, and some coffee aficionados claim that this can make a difference in the product.

5

Fill the lower part with water

Clean thoroughly before using then load the bottom water chamber with the appropriate amount of water. Each Moka pot has a different capacity for the amount of coffee it can brew at once. (4 cups, 6 cups, 9 cups)

6

Use Geesta coffee scale

Use a scale to measure the perfect amount of coffee beans for the desired amount of coffee.

7

Fill the funnel with ground coffee

Check the pressure valve. One of the main features stopping a Moka pot from detonating is a pressure release valve, and we made sure every Moka pot we reviewed came fully equipped.

8

Place the espresso maker on the stove

You can see the watch the magic through the glass and within minuted you’re ready to serve and enjoy your delicious coffee.

I was initially concerned that the moka pot might leak at the pressure valve, but I’m happy to report that it works perfectly. The pressure builds up evenly, and the brewing process is smooth. It produces a rich and aromatic coffee with no leaks or issues. A solid and reliable addition to my coffee routine!

Started with the smaller size and bought this one once my husband started drinking coffee. Works great and looks good. Just be careful when twisting the top part… the size has increased but the chrome handle attachment isn’t any stronger. So let it cool or get a potholder to twist by holding the glass base.

This is awesome perculator. Only thing i don't like. Makes only 12.7 oz cup of coffee. I need minimum of 2cups 24 oz of coffee. Love see if they will make perculator at least 36 oz coffee capacity. Brew great temp. Coffee. Very easy to clean but you need to be careful can break. Little expensive side. But its a great perculator.

I bought this on Prime day in preparation for moving to a new house, so unfortunately I didn’t try it until the return window had closed. I’ve used a variety of Moka pots across Europe, and I’ve never seen one as awful as this one. I tried adjusting the grind, I made sure the water level wasn’t too high, and all it will do is sputter a little coffee out. Once out of about 10 tries, it actually filled the pot. The last time it just stopped filling after 1/4 inch of coffee was produced, and I was worried the pressure was building and it would be dangerous. I ordered a Bialetti, and that works perfectly, so I know it is not my technique. So disappointing for a $50 item that I can’t return!

Initially it's a "pretty pot" but one over flow (bc we have an induction stove and those go fast!) and it stained the bottom SS and so now it's discolored. It leaks from the midsection all the time, it's hard to get a tight seal as the handle on the glass section isn't something you can crank on. So we are in search of another one.Overall flavor was fine, and I like the glass and see when it's filled but the small issues add up to a pain to use on a daily basis as we do.

Perfect cup of coffee!!!! I wanted to get away from running hot water through plastic but I only drink one cup each morning and my percolator is just too big. This makes a perfect large cup of coffee. I add 2 ice cubes & my half & half and then pour the pot over and it is perfectly drinkable almost immediately. I like my coffee rather strong and add 2 1/2 tbsp. coffee, which is about the same as when I used my single cup run through plastic coffee maker. I do not need filters, which I did need for my single cup. I love the glass top so I can see it percolate. I had read reviews on other glass top pots that said the glass was thin and some said it broke easily so I was leery of buying glass, but this one is very sturdy. Easy clean up, stainless steel .... buy it! You won't be sorry!
