It’s small, cute but to be honest the hardware and straps are danty. If you have a large tabby house cat it won’t hold up. The straps slide and can make the cat fall out. I know because I saw it happen-not safe. The material itself is super soft but the straps are terrible, don’t hold and slide. Returned.

They were soft and handy for different configurations. My cats liked the soft fabric, but only on the ground. Not sturdy like the cat tree with a metal ringed hammock.

I bought these hammocks for my pet rats because I have six of them and they like to pile all together if there is room.The hammocks are decent quality for the price although I assume they are made in the same couple factories in China that make all the small animal products with this same fabric pattern.In my case I found that the hammocks are actually too big for a critter nation cage, or at least too droopy for multiple animals to use. While they fit if the straps are adjusted, the hammock fabric itself is very stretchy meaning that it hangs down too low and makes it difficult for multiple animals to fit because they all just sink to the very middle. My rats don’t like to use them except for one at a time. I think they would be fine for a bigger animal like a cat or a ferret though.

The kittens loved them! They have extremely long straps so they can hang very loosely with lots of headspace, or hang very tightly for a firmer platform of sorts.I got the star patterns and they’re so darn cute! And fluffy enough the kittens didn’t get too hot or tempted to groom it.I put them through the washing machine and dryer without any issues. No frays or broken clips afterward. I do recommend washing them with towels or something that isn’t your clothes. The clips could catch and make a hole in something.
